Singer Kim Dongwan donated twenty million KRW to the earthquake victims in China
Kim Dongwan, recently promoting Secret,the title track from his 2nd album, made a donation of twenty million KRW to the earthquake victims in China Szechwan through the KBS 1TV LOVE REQUEST on May 21.
After the KBS 1TV <LOVE REQUEST> broadcasting on May 17, Kim Dongwan donated twenty million KRW to the earthquake victims in China Szechwan, not letting the company know but with his own name.
Kim Dongwan made a donation to Daegu tragedy of ten million KRW, children's cancer organization of twelve million KRW, flood victims of ten million KRW in 2003 and flood victims of fifteen million KRW in 2006, through LOVE REQUEST not letting the company know as well, while he was performing as a member of Shinhwa.
Kim Dongwan said, he got the information about the earthquake disaster of China Szechwan through the public medium and he should do some help by knowing the seriousness of earthquake. He also said, he wanted to help the victims, not in the position of an entertainer but as a person/human.
Moreover,Kim Dongwan's song 'Secret' is on various music rankings. During the activities, his singing ability is acquiring the recognition.

Shinhwa,having just celebrated their 10th anniversary, will be holding yetanother concert titled "Soulmate", and the news is being very wellreceived by both domestic and international fans
The 'Soulmate'concert is a special charity concert held in aid of little 8-year-oldGa In, who was unfortunately born with a cleft lip and a congenitalheart defect. After hearing about Ga In, Shinhwa members decided to getback on stage together 3 months after the 10th anniversary concert inMarch for this meaningful event.
Shin Hyesung will once againperform as part of The Birds for this concert. If it's not Junjin fromlast year's solo concert or Minwoo from last year's encore concert, whowill the 3rd member be? Fans are all looking forward to watching thisperformance.
Shin Hyesung said, "The Birds have received a greatresponse from the fans, and we want to have this for this specialconcert, but with a whole new feeling. If there are many people whocome for the concert and support Ga In together, The Birds' performanceand the Shinhwa members' solo performances will become reallymeaningful."
A spokesperson for the concert said that, "Beforethe tickets went on sale, we already hade many enquiries from the fans.It seems that many fans who weren't able to attend the 10th anniversaryconcert are all looking forward to seeing the members on stage again.We will work hard on bringing you the spectacular stage performancesfrom the members."
The concert will be held on 21 and 22 June at 6pm and 5pm respectively at Seoul's Olympic Park Gymnasium #1.
