this have been on tabloids upon the opening of DMII, accusing Tin of bad behavior on the set, that have been said on her previous shows, having problems with her director (director of Prinsens ng Banyera, who is now working for GMA) & not in good terms with press - let's give her a break! Star Magic have always stated that she isn't like what people perceived her to be, and her relationship w/ the press, she's civil with them.

As the ratings of “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” boosts, it seems lead actor Kristine Hermosa’s ego swells as fast. Kristine has been giving headaches on the set, telling the production staff she no longer wants to be a star so she causes big troubles. And she’s getting her demand. The buzz is the series will either be cut short or she’ll be replaced by Bea Alonzo.

“No, it’s not true!”
This is how Kristine Hermosa’s Star Magic handler Alan Real reacted to questions regarding his ward’s alleged ‘primadonna behavior’ on the set of “Dahil May Isang Ikaw.”
“Everything is going smoothly (with the shooting for the series). We don’t have problems at all, not that we heard of anything… specially something that involves Kristine,” Real said.
Recent reports said that Hermosa almost always causes “delays” if not outright cancellation of scheduled shooting dates due to her many demands and tantrums.
“Unlikely. That’s actually funny. She is not like that, at all. She is not one to throw tantrums just so she could have her way,” Real said.
Hermosa also reportedly asked for considerations similar to those being given to veteran star, Lorna Tolentino, including having a “shortened shooting schedule.”
This, according to talks, is making ABS-CBN big wigs think if they should just replace Kristine with Bea in the series to spare themselves from more headaches.
“She doesn’t have to ask for anything at all because everything is in the contract to begin with. She wouldn’t have signed up for the show if she will have problems with the schedule and everything,” Real said.
So, Bea Alonzo is not replacing Kristine in the series?
“That’s absurd. Untrue.”
"Dahil May Isang Ikaw" is an ABS-CBN production that pairs Hermosa anew with long-time screen partner Jericho Rosales. The series started airing a week ago, Aug. 24. |

Kristine creates a stir

As soon as STIR posted the “Kristine to be kicked out of new series” buzz yesterday, it received several feedbacks including a text message from Mico Del Rosario of Star Cinema ad/prom. It reads:
“Regarding your article (yesterday) on Kristine Hermosa, there’s no truth to the rumor that she’ll be removed from the show. In fact, we are very happy with her performance in ‘Dahil May Isang Ikaw.’ She is very professional with her work and we admire her for that. We hope this clarifies the issue and we thank you for your continued support of the show.”
STIR reported the buzz verbatim from a responsible and reliable source without any comment. It is what you would call as insider buzz, the talk coming directly from the show’s set. I was aware the measures to be taken against Kristine were drastic but reported it just the same in the interest of public information.
I still have another buzz from the same insider but decided to hold it as it does not directly involve a star.
NRJ Ramos of Bulletin Online picked the story. STIR could be its only source as it’s a first-crack story. The writer decided to check the story with Alan Real who is Kristine’s handler and declared it as not true.

Alan was Jericho Rosales’ efficient and caring handler before he transferred to Angeli Pangilinan-Valenciano’s Genesis talent agency. Alan is a good manager who is always protective of talents under him.
Alan also clarified Kristine has no track record of being difficult on the set which is a widely known buzz among entertainment journalists.
He also denied Bea Alonzo is replacing Kristine.
As STIR stated before, the best or the worst person to confirm a buzz about an actor is his/her manager. When STIR scooped that Marian Rivera has been picked by GMA as the new Darna, entertainment journalists clarified it with her talent manager Popoy Caratativo who proceeded to claim lack of knowledge. |

DAHIL MAY ISANG IKAW beats DARNA

Last Friday, Tayong Dalawa topped the nationwide tv ratings helping Dahil May Isang Ikaw beat Darna.
Tayong Dalawa is heading to its series finale and its viewers are now anticipating its conclusion. It was able to hit no. 1 again last Friday with 37% followed by May Bukas Pa with 36.3%. In third place is TV Patrol World with 34.2% followed by Dahil May Isang Ikaw with 31.8%. Darna received its lowest TNS nationwide rating of 29.3% to settle for 5th place in the primetime race.
The order was changed last Monday night when May Bukas Pa took the lead and Tayong Dalawa settled for 2nd place. While TV Patrol World retained its 3rd position, Darna returned to its usual 4th place position in the TNS nationwide ratings followed by Dahil May Isang Ikaw in 5th place.
August 28, Friday

Kalau dia orang kick Tin dari DMII memang nak cari nahaslah. Tanpa Tin siri ini takde maknanya. Lima tahun akak tunggu dengan sabornye.
Sebenarnya orang tak berapa faham ngan sikap Tin ni. Bagi yang kenal dia mesti cakap dia tidak seperti yang disangkakan Sebenornye dia seorang yang caring, funny and friendly. Cuma dia pendiam sikit. |
