Alhamdulillah tak ada..kenapa kalau u stop ur coffee intake sakit kepala ke.. teringin gile nak mi ...
Ha ah.. dulu i take 2-3 cups a day coffee.. dah addicted.... kalo lambat amek coffee sakit kepala.. then i decide utk reduce... mula2 mmg migraine, lepas tu normal je... now i limit 1cup sehari, tak amek coffee pun tak jadi apa now... tido pun lebih lena... |

Ooyeke I 1 cup je per day.. tp ms 1st n 2nd puasa I ada la rasa kepala berat.. I tot sbb cuaca panas je.. x terfikir pulak effect caffeine.. Good to know this info so next time I boleh observe |
