Mungkin mereka boleh serve tapai dalam gelas martini tu. Lagipun tapai ni adalah alkohol versi halal..

Fermented glutinous rice (tapai) is a popular dessert amongst Malaysian consumers. However,consumption of tapai had rise the Halal issue to the Muslim community since its alcohol content is similar to beer which is 5 %. Furthermore, the aim of this study is to provide information about alcoholic compounds in tapai other than ethanol. The identification of the alcoholic compounds was performed using headspace coupled to gas chromatography flame ionization detector (HSGC-FID). The tapai was fermented in the laboratory for 3 days at 300C using inoculum obtained from Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI). It was found that after 3 days, the alcohols detected were short chain and long chain alcohol. Short chain alcohol was ethanol, and the long chain alcohols were 1-propanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol and 3-methylbutanol.

dah lama pun sister muntz dok utara kan fakta ini..
malah taqliq mejlis fatwa nak halal kan tapir ini atas dasar tapai ini di buat untuk makan gitu jah bukan sebagai arak katanya.
so konsep nya kalau ummah melayu sunni buat kuah ada 50% alcohol pun tetap halal dek sebab ianya bukan arak gitu konsep nya
punya la gigih nak halal kan tapai ini demi makanan ruji ummah melayu sunni ini

Kalau ikut hukum isele meminum sesuatu yg halal tapi berlagak acah2 konon minuman haram dah dikira berdosa uolss...
Ala2 kalau minum air suam tapi saja2 eksyen mcm minum arak dah jatuh harommm....
Jadi akak tak blh hadam apa relevantnya bar acah2 muslim ini ditambah pula presentation minuman dah sebijik mcm minuman ayor kencing setan....

Aku bayangkan:
1, Minum air anggur ganti arak
2. Pelayan perempuan menutup aurat sesambil pelanggan lelaki inzal dalam seluar
3. Borak2pun pasal hidup selepas mati. Sebagai contoh alangkan beruntungnya melanyak 72 bidadari. Donia tak penting.
4. Suasana gelap Bar diguna untuk bertafakur.
5. Lagu2 yg diputar mestilah insaf kematian.......contoh lagu nasyid Selimut Putih.
6. Bila bayar sebut Riyal (walaupun guna Ringgit) |

Kan ujung2 ummah suchi isle ada hasrat untuk berjimba..walaupon mulut duk istighfar allahu2 teruknya disco dan bar oelbagai..tiba2 buat yng saaariah compliance pula..memang muka tembok xmalu.. |
