Ak pegang projek ckit je..tp x tahan nk buat sume keje..
kne attend meeting,wat submission,drafting..
Pas2 klien bsar2 ni pham2 jlh..ari2 kol tye psal projek die..
mcm lah kite x yah wat keje lain..
rase2 kite keje tempat lain kot sbb company ak kt puchong..
sat ak pm nama company kt ko..

the best is, klu company tu just focus satu jenis projek jer...
contoh buat rumah jer... xkira umah besa, kecik, stu tingkat
bertingkat2... yg tu mmg best sgt~
dok relak jer goyang kaki...
sbb time ako wat prctical dulu, ako wat kt satu company consultant
kat setapak... mmg best weh... enjoy jer dtg keje...
sorg pegang dlm 5 projek jer...

2) senior staff dah keje brape lama?
3) sorg engineer pegang brape project?

Tu utk tau teguh tak company tu. Small/ medium/ big size ka? Secara x langsung utk tau secure x keje lam company tu. Manatau tetiba hang masuk company tutup plak.

Reporting structure utk tau hang kna report kat sapa & sapa report kat hang in case ada anak buah. So nnt xder bertelagah sapa senior etc....

Tips: even hang desperate sgt nak keje ni, dont show how desperate ur. Relax & try to create santai interview.... Candidate yg look desperate is a big turn off tau... ala2 nasihat centa plak akak kat hang
