I can relate what happened to my misspent youth la.

Yes that is true, there are things we did during our youth that we are not so proud of, and having the experience and wisdom now, we would have done it differently.

This should apply untuk adik ni jugak, give her a chance

Takde la truly. Manusia ni, kalau muka buruk tapi tak usik orang, kita biasanya tak kata apa2. Tapi kalau muka legam paria, datang sini nak hina orang lain, memang kita kutuk dia sampai jadi kerak yang paling hitam.

Siasatan awal mendapati suspek tidak mengaku postkan perkataan2 yg tertulis dlm facebooknya dan mensyaki org lain telah hack facebook dan kemungkinan besar bekas teman lelakinya yang telah berpisah dengannya.

Teman lelakinya dikatakan tidak dapat menerima perpisahan tersebut dan sering mengganggu suspek dan keluarga.

Siasatan lanjut juga dapati bapa saspek ( Tholilaetholan a/l Taniscilas kpt: 550516-10-5513) pernah buat repot bagi pihak saspek iaitu :-

a) terima surat & dvd lucah suspek dan gambar lucah ada ternyata di facebooknya.

b) jumpa risalah & gambar di Mydin kajang menjatuhkan maruah saspek - kes RTM.

c) terima sms dan dapati akaun facebook anaknya, Josephine Mary disalahgunakan oleh pihak yg tidak bertanggungjawab mengenai isu perkauman dan mempersendakan agama Islam, Sultan Selangor, Menteri dan isu kalimah Allah.

Usaha sedang dibuat utk mengesan bekas teman.lelakinya.

Tak pastilah lkick... Tapi yang Maideen maksudkan diatas ialah menggunakan peruntukan seperti Seksyen 293 Criminal Procedure Code yang memperuntukan:

Youthful offenders
293. (1) When any youthful offender is convicted before any Criminal Court of any offence punishable by fine or imprisonment, the Court may, instead of awarding any term of imprisonment in default of payment of the fine or passing a sentence of imprisonment—

(a) order the offender to be discharged after due admonition if the Court shall think fit;

(b) order the offender to be delivered to his parent or to his guardian or nearest adult relative or to such other person as the Court shall designate on such parent, guardian, relative or other person executing a bond with or without surety or sureties, as the Court may require, that he will
be responsible for the good behaviour of the offender for any period not exceeding twelve months or without requiring any person to enter into any bond make an order in respect of the offender ordering him to be of good behaviour for any period not exceeding two years
and containing any directions to that offender in the nature of the conditions referred to in paragraphs 294A(a),(b) and (c) which the Court shall think fit to give;

(c) order the offender, if a male, to be whipped with not more than ten strokes of a light cane or rattan within the
Court premises and in the presence, if he desires to be present, of the parent or guardian of that offender; orCriminal Procedure Code 127

(d) deal with the offender in the manner provided by the Juvenile Courts Act 1947 [Act 90].

(2) The Court may, if it thinks fit, direct that the offender shall pay the costs of the prosecution or some portion of the same within
that period and by such instalment as may be directed by the Court.


Section 432 shall be applicable to any direction made under this subsection.


(3) If a Court having power to deal with the offender in respect of his original offence, or any Court of summary jurisdiction, is satisfied by information on oath that the offender has failed to observe any of the conditions of his bond, it may issue a warrant for his apprehension.


(4) Any offender when apprehended on any such warrant shall, if not immediately brought before the Court having power to sentence him, be brought before a Magistrate, and the Magistrate may either remand him by warrant until the time at which he is required by his bond to appear for judgment or until the sitting of a Court having power to deal with his original offence, or may admit him to bail with a sufficient surety conditioned on his appearing for judgment.


(5) The offender, when so remanded, may be committed to prison and the warrant of remand shall order that he be brought before the Court before which he was bound to appear for judgment or to answer as to his conduct since his release.
