okay tu compilation gambar progress aku sepanjang 2 thn +++
July 2009 - berat aku 66 kg mcm tu
March 2010 - berat dlm 69 kg...ni badan yg paling sdap la aku rasa
August 2011 - berat dlm 70 kg...cuma nya akibat aku dh x pg gym for almost setahun, segala2 mencair ( dlm tempoh ni aku jogging2 aja ) |

Abs tebal, lemak nipis baru visible. Kalau abs nipis lemak nipis x visible sangat gak (macam aku). Kalau abs tebal lemak tebal pun tak visible gak. Abs nipis lemak tebal paling kecian.

hi sume. beginner sini.
baru je nak fit kat badan sbb badan dulu mmg kurus.
x pegi gym, buat kat umah je gune 2 ketol dumbell. (budget x dak, gua study lg)
so, ade ape2 tips x untuk aku, mcm ape exercise yg aku kne wat?

Awal-awal okay la bro. tapi kene ingat, weight tu kene increase over time. So lambat lain either kene beli weight yang lebih berat and banyak, or kene change routine and equipment sebab taknak badan dah biasa dengan routine tu. Lagi satu beza buat kat rumah and kat gym. Kat rumah banyak distraction, and akan ada 'next time boleh buat' attitude.
Disiplin kene kuat gila kut. Tapi kalau kat gym, sebab ko dah bayar, ko akan buat, kalau tak nanti rasa rugi. Distraction pun kurang. |

sekarang ni aku buat one arm dumbell row, Overhead dumbell extension, Seated dumbell press, Lateral raise, dumbell chest press, Dumbell fly, Squat, Shrug, Upright Row. Sume pakai dumbell. 20rep 3set. ok x? |

20 rep macam banyak sangat. Brother yang jaga gym company aku cakap kalau you boleh buat lebih dari 10 easy, means berat tu masih ringan. Better buat berat sikit, banyak set (around 5), tapi rep around 8-12.

Ni aku copy dr mr google psl muscle memory. Maybe btul la muscle memory banyak membantu dlm kes aku ni hikhik
