Background :
Borned in a simple family, not very demanding in himself. He does not have his own ambition as well as mission. He thought working as a firefighter was only his current career that must be done for now.

He was grouped in group A and his leader was Pak Yu. In conincidence, his first letter name was B that was same as one of the member in group B, Cheung Ji Hou. Therefore, both of them were nicknamed as 'Small B' and 'Big B'. He was nicknamed as 'Big B' as he was borned two days earlier than Cheung Ji Hou.

He had a good friend relationship with Cheung Ji Hou. He and Cheung Ji Hou were also nicknamed as twins. Both of them often had jokes with other workers. This could make the atmosphere in the fire station more entertaining. He easily believed in people and that's why he was easily tricked by Cheung Ji Hou. But, he did not mind being tricked by people.

He was also a coward. And he often gave his job to somebody to do. On the other hand, he was in a bad coma when he was badly injured in a fire. Lok San thought Pak Yu was not capable in his ability. Later, Pak Yu showed his professionalism and his ability as a good firefighter. Lok San witnessed it and he admired Pak Yu as a good firefighter leader.
