Kawan iols ada beli 1 unit kat sini. Last month dapat kunci so iols tanya how is it? Sheols reply, nasi dah jadi bubur. Makan jer lahhh.... terus iols tak berani nak tanya banyak2.

mah sing buat rumah ni as projek balasan dapat tanah ke?
gila la beratus unit tu 5 6 lif je..
maintenance pun mahal la untuk rumah reban tu..
apartment i ada pool jugak..
maintenance fee pun baru rm155 macam tu sebulan..
itu belum kira later akan naik bila jmb amik alih..
kalau ramai mentaliti pprt, good luck je la jmb..
hadap la kau perangai pprt penduduk situ..

Dia beli utk duduk ke utk sewa? Razak city i tgk mcm lg best. Tertarik plak yg tu 5k++ unit. In 2026 kat ampang 5k++ lebih tp lg kecik. Razak city rasa mahal jgk. Klau 100k , nk la jgk beli

Aduh 1st house pulak tu. Dia pegi keje naik public transport? Single lg? I tgk yg video tu kecik sgt rumah tu. Master bedroom dia marhaen sgt layout nya. Klau 150k boleh tutup mata. Tp ni 450k++ + 300 maintainance fee, bulan2 around 2k++ kan? 2k+ Sebulan boleh dpt landed dah

Singapore pon rasanya xde yg sepadat n sebanyak ini unit nya…mmg amik untung betul mah sing ni. Tanah sekangkang kera dpt buat beratus unit rumah. Harga 300k. Bape juta dah tu…huiiii

Setuju. Apartment yg padat mcm ni patut dibina sebelah mrt. Ataupun mrt yg lalu through bangunan tersebut. Mcm stesen kerinci tu. Klu tidak, mmg beratur jem dlm bangunan sendiri.
Btw, konsep bangunan ni dah ok utk bandar2 besar cuma harga dia patut kurang lagi la. Terletak di tengah2 kl, yg mana harga landed house dah cecah juta2. Sesuai sebgi rumah pertama utk org muda atau family baru kawin.
Klu ada foodcourt & shoplot kat bawah tu, mmg laku keras. Time pilihanraya, kawasan mcm ni mmg lubuk menteri & calon2 berkempen. Kurang2 sepuluh ribu undi kat sini.
But again, jauh dari mrt lrt tu mmg big disadvantage la.
