My junior bru je story bru2 ni..local company..bos chinese, staff balance ada malay, indian n chinese...semua fresh grad..tp gaji berbeza..yg chinese rm3.3k ( tgi tau utk fresh), malay n indian ( 2.5k-2.7k)..jauh btl gap...even dpt increment pn..x dpt nk sama level.

Kompeni punyai lawyers sendiri kheun utk draf terms of employment? It would be very foolish of them to do anything against the code of law? |
