    kebanyakkan forumer kat board ni mmg share pengalaman mereka bersukan, dan jarang dengar diaorg masuk tournament pun. cuma kebanyakkan kongsi pendapat tentang sukan kat msia ni, dah byk berborak tentang sukan2.. ada gak yang mmg hobi mahupun mmg aktiviti yang mereka buat bila ada kelapangan waktu.

    segan pulak.. sbb kat cni cam otai2 aje..   friki newbie jah.. slalu men sports kat clubhouse.. sbb smua complete kan. tennis ada, squash, ping pong, n kolam renang..

Memang addictedla kalo bab sukan/bersenam nih.  Kalo sehari tak wat memang aku double kan esok.  Aku jenis cuba memacam:

1. Running atas treadmills= 20 min lari - dumbel - 20 min lari - dumbel - 20 min lari - dumbel

2. Erobik= 2 jam (sonok sebab lagu bes2)

3. Tenis= Main sampai aku menang

4. Tapi aku ske makan

best nyer org yg bersukan ni.. me ni baru sedar diri hari tu la sbb badan naik gila.. tiba2 tersign-up lak kat fitness first.. tapi mmg best la kalau kita bersenam ni.. no worries kalau makan byk pun... lepas senam kan burn...  tapi huhuhu bestnyer tgk badan sendiri.. perut pun kempis.. nak2 kalau gi gym tgk badan org lain lagi cantik dari kita lagi la kita semangat nak bersenam.. not to mention laki2 yg hot2 ekekekek.. err tapi mmg bagus la senam ni pun... cuma bersukan yg lain ni mmg tak sempat la sbb nak chase masa... gi gym pun dlm 4 hari seminggu... 1 1/2 jam sekali ... lepas tu tgk sokkabar kat situ... pernah join body step.. semput gila nak ikut... cergas betul eh... me rasa cam nak meletup jantung...

nak tanya.. kalau pompuan.. supplement apa yg bagus ... L-carnitine tu ok tak? tu achieve high metabolism.. me dulu ok  la.. peha kecik sikit which is tak bergeser la kalau jalan, pinggang cam hour glass tapi perut la pulak.. ( malas nak buat sip up kat gym instructor tu tau la kita tak hire dia kan.. pandang2 lak kita buat sit-up tu yg rasa aku ni buat silap ke) ... kalau kat rumah kem salam la aku nak senam..

segan nak masuk sane,banyak post2 guys yg strictly for bina badan je

yang baru2 nak start eksesais(girls) mcm kitorang pun jadi segan nak masuk

kalo ade thread utk girls kan best sket huhu

ps:segan sbb bukak2 je ade gambo laki bina badan,dahla bukak forum kat opis time lunch.kalo bos tertengok harus ingat aku ni pervert ke hape

    alamak.. segan sebab diaorg tayang badan diaorg ker? kebanyakkan yang tayang tu bukan suka2.. diaorg nak kongsi apa yang dah diaorg buat. thread tu x tertumpu pada lelaki aje, dan thread tu jugak tak tertumpu pada bidang bina badan. ramai yang boleh tunjuk ajar dekat sana tentang fitness. jangan segan2. masing2 peramah kat sana.

    owh. muay thai tu, saya buat pagi, dia ada sesi pagi dan malam. hari sabtu tghari sampai la malam. pergerakkan asas. tp mmg best la sbb akan berpeluh sakan punya. fees dia lak xda la mahal, ikut berapa kelas yang nk kita amik. nk kata one on one tgk ramai org ke idak. kalu xda org one on one la. kalu ramai susah sikit.

sy tgk the biggest loser season one... kan ada sesi muay thai tu... mmg tgk depa lenjun jugak.. tapi malu la kalu instructor tu laki... yg kelakar depa pukul kat perut tu dgn benda cam bantal tu... ouchh.. mau kejang otot perut..
