kalau perut buncit/boroi boleh diturunkan dengan senaman..kalau perut maju ke depan kerana busung pasal selalu makan duit haram cam mana lak...selalu minum beer pun perut naik gak.. |

kempis perut tak lain dan tak bukan melainkan kena diet, calories intake < calories expenditures.. lets say we burn 2000 calories per day.. then intake must below 2000calories.. make sure you take moderate amount of food, divided by 5 meals per day.. avoid heavy meals after 7pm..
pastu exercise (body weight + cardio).. just invest a pair of good running shoes.. i bought old model of New balance shoe at MYR130.. exercise just push up, crunch, sit up, squat, pull up, chin up.. pastu 100m interval sprint.. byk minum air + japanese green tea.. low cost nyer weight loss strategy..
tahun lepas berat aku 85kg.. tinggi 173cm.. Body fat percentage 29.93%.. waistline 36inch...
skrg berat aku dah 72kg.. Body fat percentage 13.26% (last month nyer reading).. waist line 32inch.. baru dapat 2pack (lagi 4 pack)... still aiming below 10%, waist line 30inch..
within 5months.. aku berjaya turun >10kg.. skrg maintain jogging every weekend.. (anak dah dua susah sikit).. ok lah.. pushup pon dah >50.. utk merewardkan diri sendiri.. aku beli suar jeans tough slim fit.. heheh.. ala2 org muda gitu... |

orang kata pon d best way mana2 cara pon senaman la..mudah n selamat n tak perlu kuar duit kan..
tapi skarang susah..bukan sume orang ada masa dah nak buat senaman bagai ni..
sume banyak terikat dengan keje dan komitmen...
tapi kalau maintain senaman, plus dgn pengambilan makanan yang seimbang..
mmg for sure akan turun berat badan kita... |

ye la..maslahnyer lelemak tuh bekumpul kat area pusat kan....kat ats kat pembahagi tulang rusuk tuh ok..nampak flat...tapi kat area pusat tuh..sedikit menggelebeh.....benci la tengok....wat liposuction laaaa...heheheheh mahalkan???? |
