Tumis sadin cili putih (campo daun kesum dan sikit serbuk kari) kegemaran akak. Daerah akak obses dengan cili putih tu. Weol tumis dengan sayo, daging, ikan masin hapa segala dengan cili putih tu. 
Akak tabuang tangkai karna mahu nampak rustic.
