Wahai kaum wanita, usah gentar, usah ragu, persetankan persepsi masyarakat, jika anda peroleh suami dayus, bangkitlah dan perjuangkanlah hak anda. Anda berhak untuk dihormati dan disanjung tinggi.

What to do if you are being abused by your partner?
Make a police report
If you fear for you or your children’s safety, tell the police you would like to apply for an Interim Protection Order (IPO). With the documents provided by the police, go to the Welfare Department in your district. The officers will help you make the application with the Magistrate’s court. The IPO must be served within seven days to the abuser.
Seek medical treatment at the One Stop Crisis Centre at major general hospitals.
You may seek temporary shelter.
If the situation is becoming increasingly dangerous, have an escape plan in place.
Call us or any women’s NGO for help and guidance.

All Women’s Action Society
AWAM was formed after an event held in 1985 by a coalition of women’s rights groups called the Joint Action Group Against Violence Against Women. (Today, it is known as Joint Action Group.) It was a time when Malaysia had neither a law against domestic violence nor adequate protection for survivors of such abuse. AWAM’s work is in the area of advocacy and law reform, public education and outreach, and developing and running training on rape awareness, pushing for an anti-sexual harassment policy, gender sensitisation, women’s leadership and political participation, and others.
Services: Provides counselling and legal aid services to women in crisis and anyone who faces gender-based violence (including domestic violence, rape and sexual assault, and sexual harassment). Counselling can be done over the phone or through face-to-face appointment at the AWAM centre. These services are available in English and Malay, and by appointment in Mandarin and Tamil. For non-urgent enquiries you can send in an e-mail.

Peduli lah kan dengan apa orang nak kata .. hati kita badan kita yang akan terima akibat.
Jangan biarkan pembuli bermaharajalela. Pembuli ni bukan takat lelaki a.k.a merangkap suami
sedangkan nafkah anak-anak tu wajib
Bila berjuang minta lebih untuk anak-anak .. yang laju mengutuk juga perempuan ..
" belanja apa nya minta beribu2 .. rm500 cukup mewah dah"
helloooo .. patut nya tolong bagi semangat .. ni mengutuk pula
