Kek yang tak pernah jemu....
Saya suka yg original...xnk berkaler..
Guna marjerin pelangi je tetap wangi dan sedap..
*SOFT BUTTER CAKE*
Resipinya
250g butter/marjerin
1 cawan rata gula pasir(dh blend bru sukat ye)
4 biji telur gred A
2 cawan rata tepung naik sendiri(ayak)(kalo guna tepung gandum tambah 1 sdt baking powder)
1/2 cawan susu cair
1 penutup botol esen vanilla
Caranya
Pukul butter dan gula 12 minit...masukkan esen vanilla dan telur satu persatu pukul perlahan..(setiap kali masukkan telur pukul 1 mnt)
Masukkan tepung naik sendiri dan susu cair berselang seli sambil kaup balik adunan guna senduk..
leser loyang saiz 7@8(sy guna loyang 8*inci) dan letak baking paper...bakar selama 50 mnt @ hingga masak...api atas dan bawah..suhu 180*c(oven haruslah panaskan 10 mnt terlebih dahulu sebelum bakar kek)
