Blueberry Cotton Cheesecake yg buat utk a very special friend.....tina @ apt_baby



Bahan-bahan

A
250 gm cream cheese
50 gm mentega
100 ml susu segar

Semua bahan disatukan dan dimasak secara double boiler - sejukkan

B
60 gm superfine flour
20 gm tepung jagung
6 telur kuning
1/4 sudu kecil garam
1/4 sudu kecil pewarna grape/purple
1 sudu kecil esen blueberry

Bahan-bahan ini dimasukkan ke dalam adunan A yang telah disejukkan tadi - kacau hingga sebati.

C
6 telur putih
1/4 sudu teh cream of tartar
140 gm gula pasir

Putih telur diputar hingga berbuih. Masukkan cream of tartar, putar lagi dan masukkan gula - putar hingga kembang dan berbentuk 'soft peak'. Campurkan secara kaup balik ke dalam adunan tepung tadi.

Bakar menggunakan acuan bulat 8' yang telah digris dan dialas dengan kertas minyak - bakar secara bain marie. Bakar selama 1 1/2 jam pada suhu 160'C.

p/s Nina letak topping jem blueberry kat atas kek.....ikut citarasa masing2...

nampak lembut laa...apatah lagik rasa..aduhh..

Yang ni mmg gebu coz kita kaup balik ngan putih telur yang kita dah pukul kembang...x de base...just alas ngan tracing paper/kertas minyak.....nina x rasa lak kek tu, pasal buat utk kawan....anyway kawan cakap sedap.......

sabtu lalu kakliza mengajar Chilled Blueberry Cheesecake kat kedai bakery supplier dekat umah kak liza....
gunakan agar-agar serbuk NONA..mmg tak saperti serbuk agar2 cap bintang..
ada makcik yg beli serbuk agar2 tu cakap..dia nak wat dadih ..kena gunakan 2 paket..sebab agar2 serbuk NONA ni lembek sikit..


serbuk agar-agar NONA


kedai tu sediakan keju jenama FATURA..sedap gak..murah pun yer..jimat la..


sedia untuk dimakan..

ni defination yg huda jumpa.

kak nina, kek tu adik beradik dengan japanese cheese cake kan. kek tu gebu. memang tak de base. nak buat nanti. tapi entah bila :cak:

Ye le kot shida...k nina pun x pernah makan japanese cheese cake tu....x tahu le...tp rasa k nina mmg gebu sbb pegang kek tu mmg cam sponge .....k nina x makan pun, bg kat kawan...kawan cakap sedap.....resipi tu pun k nina ambik dr internet gak....tp dah copy paste bnyk sangat, x tahu sapa punya lak.....so credit utk the person yg x tahu sapa tu le....tq for her delicious recipe....

kakliza, resepi yg ni dah ada tempek ke lom? maklang ni dah banyak benor copy cheesecake, buatnya idak lagi...:nyorok:
