kalau nak byr tiket, esp cable car dan underwater world jgn lupa bawa mykad pulak (biasanya diorang mintak tunjuk kat kaunter), nanti kena byr tiket foreigner pulak. |

masa duduk kat awana tu agak dissapointed gak sebab depa tak jaga awana ni. bilik tu ok le... cuma sebahagian bilik tak digunakan sebab tak kena maintain.... masa tu bilik sebelah menyebelah bilik sy tak le guna sebab rosak... yg buat frust tu... beranda bilik sebelah tu kotor, bersepah dgn kulit2 keropok dan botol2 minuman... menyemak mata sungguh...
sepekara lagi kat tebing awana ni sebelah malam, byk la sgt keta2 rosak |

dengarnya sebelum ni cam tu la, tapi i pergi nov haritu, diorang dah mula upgrade facilities esp bilik. tak lama lagi bilik2 style lama yg ada sink kat tepi katil tu dah renovate kasi menarik layoutnya (kami dpt bilik jenis ni, menurut staff sana, dah 50% total bilik yg dah siap). benda2 terbiar pun dah tak nampak dah (setakat observation i la). cuma pasal kereta rosak tu mmg ada lagila. |

I setuju sgt dengan komen ni. Memang Awana Porto Malai ter-over rated. Tengok gambar menarik, tapi bila pergi biasa sgt. Bilik dia nothing special. Food also nothing special. So-so saja. |

Popular Seven Wells closed after two deaths

LANGKAWI: The popular Telaga Tujuh waterfall in Pantai Kok here was closed to visitors following the death of two foreign tourists during the weekend.
The men from Saudi Arabia and Sudan were believed to have slipped and hit the rocks while visiting the Seven Wells waterfall.
The deaths came as a shock as the two incidents took place within 24 hours.
The authorities believed the deaths did not involve foul play but decided to close the area indefinitely as a precaution and while waiting for investigations to be completed.
In the first incident at 12.15pm on Saturday, 17-year-old Badrun Mohammad Anwar from Saudi Arabia died instantly when his head hit a rock.
Badrun, who had just started his first semester at the Multimedia University in Malacca, died of head injuries.
The second victim, Jemel Salleh Sifa, 33, who visited the waterfall with his family yesterday, died when he fell on a rock at 10.30am.
Langkawi district officer and District Security Committee chairman Mansor Ismail said the decision was taken to prevent further incidents.
Enforcement officers have been stationed in the area to prevent visitors from going to the waterfall.
"Two deaths in less than 24 hours is unusual. We just want to make sure that the area is safe for visitors," said Mansor after chairing a committee meeting yesterday.
He said the bodies were sent to Langkawi Hospital but the post mortem would only be performed on Jemel.
Mansor said Badrun抯 family, who arrived from Saudi Arabia yesterday evening, objected to the post mortem. |

adnil tak sure whether restoran ni yg dikatakan restoran kelong, tapi memang dia wat day trip gie kelong ler, nak masuk kawasan tu cam tak berapa clear signage dia. map dia ada dalam pamphlet langkawi tuh. anyway, location dia kalau tak silap adnil kena naik bukit (memula tu cam weird gak, eh kata ada gie kelong, apa hal lak naik bukit lak) bukit ni berdekatan dengan langkawi mall tuh... kitaorang tak tau ada trip gie kelong, masa kitaorang gie sana dinner for the last night, bila ambik order, waiter tu cakap, esok abg datang lah awal boleh pegi tangkap ikan kat kelong .. dah ler anak anak aku moncong sebab tak dapat naik bot gie kelong .. tapi tak per lah kan, adalah reason nak kena pergi lagi nanti .. eheheh... lagipun cawan set aku pun dah berkurangan dipecahkan dek maid aku tu hah... nak kena ganti gak tu .. cheh cheh alasannn... |
