Biskut suji badam

Bahan bahan:
250 tepung
80grm gula asing
100grm minyak sapi QBB
50grm serbuk badam.

Cara.cara nya
Minyak sapi dan gula di kacau guna senduk
.sebatikn
Masuk serbuk badam..gaul rata dan masukn tepung gandum sikit sikit sampai menjadi doh yang lembut..bulat kan je senang X yah terap2 ko pon bukan rajin????????
Panas kn oven suhu 160 10 minit
Baru bakar adunan selama 30 minit
Atau ikut oven memasing...

ROTI PURI BELON

2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sdb yis
3 sudu besar minyak masak
1 sudu teh gula
1/2 sudu teh garam
3/4 cawan air panas

cara2
- tepung gandum, yis, garam, gula, minyak masak gaulkan kesemua bahan tersebut.
- masukkan air panas..gaul rata..uli sampai adunan tidak lekat ditangan..kemudian bulat2kan sebesar bola pingpong..perap selama ½ jam...
- setelah adunan kembang..lenyekkan dengan penggelek..
- panaskan minyak, minyak kena betul² panas yer baru roti kembong...goreng sampai agak kekuningan...
Boleh mkn bersama sambal sardin @ gulai ayam..

Now are just about 3 weeks left of the aurora season in my area. Instead we will get daylight almost 24/7 for some months. I wish the sky would clear up when the aurora forecast is great. I would like to finish this season with a great night as it was in March when I took this photo

sotong sumbat telur

Bahan2 nya:
Sotong (sekilo)
4@5 biji telur
Udang(yg telah di cincang)
Bawang besar(di cincang halus)
Cili merah(di cincang halus)
Daun sup/ daun bawang(di cincang halus)
Garam(secubit)
Serbuk lada hitam(1 sudu kecil)
(pukul telur dan campur bahan2 yg dicincang halus dan digoreng separuh masak)
Sejukkan dan sumbat ke dlm sotong

Tuk sambal:
Cili kering(trpulang byk mna yg kita nk, ikut kepedasan masing2)
Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Serai
(bahan diatas di mesin halus)
Sos tiram
Garam serta gula

Panaskn minyak, tumis bahan yg dimesin sehingga garing dan pecah minyak, masukkan sos tiram, gula, garam serta serbuk perasa secukup rasa, kacau biarkn hingga agak pekat, masukkan sotong yg telah disumbat telur tadi, kacau hingga rata dan sehingga sotong lembut,blh la angkat dan di hidangkan,

tomyam kaw padu

*3/4 ulas bawg putih ketuk
"Cilipadi 2 biji
*Serai 2 batg ketuk
*Bwg Holland sebiji ptg 4
*Tomato 2 biji belah 2
*Rempah tomyam mea pranom 2 sudu besar
*Air 2 cawan
*Ayam
sotong /udang
Sayur karot/bunga kobis
Daun limau purut 2/3 helai
Jus limau
Garam gula
Susu segar satu senduk

Cara masak
Masukkan semua bahan yg * renehkan dalam 10 mnt then masukkan jus limau garam gula sebuk perasa sayur2 biarkan selama 5/6 minit masukkan sotong /udg than last skali susu cair.
