Acid Black Cherry to stream free live through GyaO! + Ustream
Acid Black Cherry has announced that his upcoming free performance on July 23rd (the last day) will be streamed online!
The singer announced in May that he would be holding exclusive free lives for his fans as part of his “ABC Dream CUP 2011″ project. The project was designed by Yasu himself as a way of thanking his fans for the support he’s received since debuting as Acid Black Cherry four years ago.
Although over 160,000 peoples applied, only 40,000 ABC fans will be able to attend the live performances. For those who were unable to obtain tickets, Acid Black Cherry will broadcast their performance on the 23rd live through the streaming websites GyaO! and Ustream.
Make sure to bookmark the official GyaO! and Ustream pages when they become available for a chance to watch Acid Black Cherry live in concert!

Acid Black Cherry's Free Live 2011 will be streamed live and free via USTREAM and GyaO!
In 2007, Janne Da Arc's vocalist yasu made his debut with the single "SPELL MAGIC" under his solo project "Acid Black Cherry" and he is currently looking back onto these four years.
To celebrate the event, Acid Black Cherry will be holding the "ABC Dream Cup 2011" as "a big thank you once in four years" once again.
With his upcoming journey through Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka, he is ready to mobilize about 40,000 fans and a special site has been set up for the occasion. Balloting has been set up for the tickets and while the site is being flooded with access, applications have already exceeded 160,000.
With a ticket-run like that, it is certain that not all fans will be able to take part in the event directly. However, to convey his gratitude completely, yasu has now announced that the live performance on 23rd July 2011 (16:00 JST), at Fuji Q Highland Conifer Forest will be streamed live and free via GyaO! and USTREAM at the same time.
GyaO! is also currently offering an Acid Black Cherry special, streaming the latest single "Shoujo no Inori III", along with other music clips and live footage.

RIAJ paid download certification (June)
RIAJ released the paid download certifications for the month of June today.
Good news, Janne Da Arc's Gekkouka and Acid Black Cherry's Aishitenai are certified Gold (more than 100,000 paid downloads)!
Gekkouka had sold more than 350k of physical CDs the last time I checked, which was years ago (I'm sure it has already sold more than that).
During Gekkouka time (2005), digital singles were not as famous as today; most people would normally buy the physical singles. You can see above that Gekkouka digital release date was 2009/05/19 (4 years after it was released physically).
However, I've been seeing both Gekkouka and Aishitenai keep re-entering the recochoku (Japan's biggest digital store) chaku-uta full chart the past couple of months like a boss, they got in all they please and got out all they please, LOL.
So, I can't say I'm that surprised to find these certifications at RIAJ website.
Still, this deserves congratulatory pats.
