4Minute,just like any of us here, became the confident girls on stage throughvarious stages of growth. With that in mind, netizens have set up twothreads on Korean site, Daum, about the girls' evolution from pre-debutto date, on the 14th and 17th of October respectively. Basically boththreads introduce individual members with their past photos, and thentheir recent photos, to show the changes in them. Here is a briefsummary. (sorry if I translated wrongly)

The entertainment companies nowadays have a trend of releasing twoopposite, yet similar, groups out to the k-pop scenery. Big Bang &2NE1 of the YG Family, SNSD & f(x) of the SM Family, and 2PM &2AM of the JYP Family.
Like the saying, "Opposites attract",it seems like the harmony between the two groups are undeniablyperfect. I am about to introduce you to a new pair-up of idol groups,and by new, I mean NEW. They are 4minute and BEAST of the PlayCubeFamily.
It hasn't been very long since 4minute debuted as anidol group, and the same obviously goes to our BEAST who debuted lastweek. They have both trained for a long period of time under the samecompany, ultimately resulting in their deep friendship. Theiraffections for each other can be shown through the picture taken when4minute stopped by BEAST's album jacket shooting to boost their energywith support.
A representative from PlayCube said on the 21st,"They have been as close as families ever since they were trainees.Also, 4minute managed to visit the shooting site despite their busyschedule. Even now, they are not conserving their efforts to help eachother."

Amongst teenage girls who dyed their hairblonde, there is Kim HyunAh from girl group 4minute who is 17 and is asecond year student at Korea Arts High School's Music Department. After1 year of preparation, this group that debuted in June of 2009, hasalready gotten first placing on SBS programme, Inkigayo, increasing thepace of their development. Kim HyunAh's manager states, "This month,her schedule is packed and cannot afford to cancel one day off to rest."
"Eventhis morning she had to wake up at 4.30am for her schedule, her time isnot enough to even clock in the necessary 7 hours of sleep," HyunAh'smanager added.
4minute didn't have time to thank the people theywanted to thank, because they didn't think of winning an award so soon.With the increasing pressure, there was one morning where they had topractice during late night, all the way into the early morning.
"That is because we want to work harder," said HyunAh.
Recently,with the high influx of female idol groups, many of the most populargroups are attracting a lot of fans, which makes it a competitivemarket, as fans tend to shift from idols to idols.
When HyunAhfirst left the entertainment industry, it was not an easy period forher. Many people observed her, and she had to report everything she didto her mom. It was to the extent that even though she didn't cry, shewanted it to just stop.
