Ni kira karipap jgk la...sbb doh pun guna doh karipap...
klau pegi kelantan, selain dari nasi berlauk sardin gulung ni la yg dicari untuk sarapan..

Teringat kat kelantan...kalau cari sardin gulung mesti cari dengan temosa..susah nak cari temosa di Kl sekarang ni.

huda buat tak ikut sukatan...

tepung (1 1/2 - 2 cwn)
marjerin (3 sudu makan)- cairkan (atau minyak masak - dipanaskan)
air + secubit garam

buat lubang tengah2 tepung...
masukkan marjerin panas...gaul dgn senduk kayu..
bila dah agak boleh pegang...ramas adunan tepung jadi seperti serbuk roti..
masuk air sedikit2...(yang ni kena pandai agak la)
adunan jgn lembik sgt...

Karipap Gulung (Roll Curry Puff)

Okay, I mengaku tak reti buat tepung karipap, inti tak dak problem. Last2 I gulung dalam pie crust dan potong 2 inches after baked about 1 hour. Here is the pic

memang pun depa kudukut nk letak byk2..takot rugi kan...
kalu deme balik kg acu g beli karipap kat jln banggol (pukul 5 ptg) dorang jual...sedapppppp
