RESEPI AYAM MASAK HALIA

Bahan-Bahan:

500 gram ayam, potong kecil
4 ulas bawang putih, hiris nipis
2 cm halia, dihiris halus memanjang
1 sudu besar kicap cair
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 biji bawang besar, hiris nipis membulat
1 biji cili merah, hiris nipis
1 tangkai daun bawang, hiris panjang 2cm cm
1 1/2 sudu kecil tepung jagung, bancuh dengan sedikit air
minyak masak, untuk goreng ayam
sedikit lada sulah atau lada hitam
sedikit garam dan kunyit
garam dan gula, secukup rasa
Cara Penyediaan:

Panaskan minyak. Gaul ayam bersama garam dan kunyit kemudian goreng separuh masak. Angkat dan ketepikan.
Ambil sedikit minyak dari baki gorengan ayam tadi anggaran 1/2 senduk dan tumis bawang putih bersama halia sehingga naik bau. Masukkan kembali ayam yang digoreng separuh masak tadi..
Masukkan pula sos tiram, kicap cair, dan sedikit taburan lada putih. Kacau seketika (jaga jangan sampai bawang putih hangus).
Masukkan air bancuhan tepung jagung dan kacau sehingga kuah menjadi sebati dan pekat. Tambah sedikit lagi air jika anda suka lebih kuah.
Taburkan dengan cili merah dan bawang besar dan kacau selama 2-3 minit sebelum diangkat. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
Angkat dan tabur dengan daun bawangdan. Hidangkan bersama nasi panas.
Tips:
Hati-hati semasa masukkan garam kerana kicap cair sudah masin. Begitu juga ayam tadi yang sudah masin diperasakan garam semasa menggoreng.

Ini kek orang dulu-dulu. Senang sangat, rasa pun sedap, tak muak.
Cuba lah, bau semerbak tak menahan.

RESEPI KEK OREN SEMPOI SEDAP RAYA
1 biji oren sunkist yang dijadikan 1 cawan jus (+ air untuk genapkan secawan)
3 sudu teh sunquick
1 1/2 cawan gula
4 biji telur
1 cawan minyak
Sedikit garam
Bahan Kering :
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu teh baking powder

Cara :
Ambil buah oren, belah ambil jusnya di dalam cawan sukatan di atas.
Potong kecil-kecil (hampas) buah oren tadi dan masukkan dalam blender / fruit processor
Dengan sempoi, masukkan kesemua bahan basah yang di atas dan blend / putarkan fruit processor sehingga sebati.
Dalam bekas berasingan, sediakan tepung dan baking powder. Tuang adunan basah ke dalam adunan kering dan kacau sebati guna whisk tangan.
Griskan loyang dengan minyak. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang.
Panaskan oven pada suhu 160C dan bakar 40 minit atau sehingga adunan tak lagi bergoyang ????
Bau oren yang harum memikat menggamit nostalgia malam raya bersama keluarga di suatu masa.
Selamat berhari raya dengan kenangan lama semua! ????

1) DAGING YANG DAH REBUS EMPUK DIPERAP DENGAN KICAP PALING KURANG 1JAM DITUMBUK BAGI LEPER SIKIT DAN DIGORENG MANJA..
2) TUMIS BAHAN BLEND HINGGA KERING DAN MASUKKAN CILI BOH.
3) DAH KERING BAHAN TUMIS TADI MASUKKAN DAGING YANG DAH DIGORENG TU.
4) MASUKKAN LEBIHAN KICAP YANG PERAP DAGING TADI.
5) PERASAKAN DENGAN PERASA DAN GARAM SIKIT..JANGAN BANYAK SEBAB KICAP DAH MASIN..MASAKLAH SEHINGGA BETUL-BETUL KERING DENGAN API YANG SLOW..
BOLEH TAHAN BERBULAN DALAM PETI.
SIAP!!! SELAMAT MENCUBA YA..

Bahan
2 ekor ikan bawal besar ptg 3

Bahan hiris
5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 ruas jari halia.

Bahan tumis
Daun kari
1 sdb halba campur.

Tumis dulu bahan hiris masukkan juga daun kari biar garing tapi tidak hangit,baru masukkan halba campur,perlahankan api supaya halba tak meletup-letup, kemudian baru masukkan bahan2 kisar

Bahan kisar dgn 1 cawan air
2 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
2 ruas jari halia
1 ruas jari lengkuas
1 batang serai.
Masak smpi wangi n air sedikit menyusut, masukkan pula

2 sdb cili kering kisar, (harini tambah 1sdb serbuk cili )masak lagi 15 minit,tambah sedikit air jika kering kemudian masukkan
6 sdb serbuk kari Babas yg pedas yg dicampur dgn sedikit air dulu jadikan pes.

Masak sehingga setengah jam lamanya atau sehingga rempah masak elok,lagi lama lagi elok karinya. 'kami mmg masak kari agak lama dgn menggunakan api perlahan lebih kurang sejam lamanya supaya maung rempah2 tak terasa sgt. Masak biar smpi pecah minyak.
Tambah sedikit air supaya tak hangit.

Masukkan air asam jawa

Tambah air utk lebih berkuah,masak lagi sehingga mendidih,
Masukkan
Sekotak kecil santan kotak atau bole kurangkan.
Tambah
1 sdb cuka makan tujuan utk ikan tak lembek.
Garam/serbuk secukup rasa megi.

Masuk bendi,
Masuk ikan,
Biar ikan masak
Tambah tomato n cili hijau di akhir masak supaya tomato tak lembik. 'Terung bulat ditambah jika suka

Cucur kucai udang laku keras

Sy jual rm1 4ketoi

Resepi yg simple.. Semua org boleh buat... Sy halal kan resepi ini untuk. Kita semua????????????

Tepung=1kg
Ibu roti=1/2peket
Garam=secukup rasa
Lada sulah=1sudu
Cili kisar=2sudu
Kucai =1ikat
Taugeh=rm1 cukup
Udang=sy pakai udang kertas jew

Campurkan semua bahan kecuali kucai ngan udang.. Agak2 dah x berketul.. Jgn lembik sangat.. Jgn padat sangat.. Kang keras kejung pulok bila goreng ????????????lepas tu baru letak kucai ngan udang... Gaul sebati... Biar kan dlm 1/2jam baru goreng kan.. Pasti kan minyak Betoi2 panas????????????

Biar garing2 sikit.. Baru sedap makan????????
