i ada gak mini rice cooker tu bawak masa travel but it's too bulky.
yang travel cooker ni size empat segi je... senang masuk dalam beg (ayat ala2 meracun suruh beli). ha ha ha ;)

Late 80-s dulu masa we all duk London, burung2 merpati dia banyak la yang amat... dulu siap ada orang yang jual makanan burung lagi kat area situ. Beli semangkuk then kitorang akan share2 adik beradik semua. We have a picture where we put the food on the palm of our hands, then burung tu akan datang hinggap atas tangan duk mematuk2. i jerit macam orang histeria sebab geli+ takut. Tapi my mum rilex jer....siap ada burung atas kepala dia lagi... in the picture, my mum nampak macam orang-orangan kat sawah padi tu, with the birds flocking around her body....

1. My flight arrival at 3.40p.m kat Stanstead, sempat tak amik eurotrain ke Paris(last train 8.00 malam)?
2. Easybus dari Stanstead turun kat Victoria Station ke? Kalau ikutkan easybus punya route Stanstead-Bakers street. Plan nak duduk kat easyhotel victoria.

yes, dia ada bekas empat segi untuk masak (bole letak hot plate dalam tu) + bekas mamgkuk makan + sudu/garpu kecik + pouch untuk simpan semua tu...
i selalu masak nasi himpit mini tu je pakai travel cooker ni.
senang... bila dah kembung @ masak, koyakkan plastik, pecah2kan & makan je macam nasik ;)
dalam travel cooker tu boleh muat dalam 5 - 6 kampit mini nasi himpit tu.

errr... jap, konfius sikit... you nak pegi terus train station eurostar ke paris after sampai london dari stansted ke atau nak duduk london satu malam dulu?
kalau flight pukul 3.40pm sampai, travel time dari stansted ke london about sejam setengah - 2 jam (depends on the traffic).
waktu you sampai stansted tu nak amik bas ke london tu (kata la dah pukul 4.30 - 5.00pm lepas immigration and tunggu beg), sama waktu dengan orang london balik keja so mesti jem teruk...
pastu sampai kat london kena cari transfer dari bus stop ke st. pancras takes about 30 - 45 minutes.
you kena ada kat train station, 1 hour before the departure.
so kalau kira tolak campur masa tadi, rasanya tak sempat kut amik train pukul 8 malam...
pastu nanti kalau amik eurostar pukul 8pm tu mesti sampai paris dah nak dekat pukul 11pm.
kena cari accommodation kat sana pulak. kena cari bas nak ke hotel pulak.
mau dekat pukul 1 pagi abis semua tu...
so rasanya better duduk london satu malam.
enjoy london dulu and take the earliest train to paris the next day so banyak masa nak angkut beg sana sini bila sampai paris nanti.
easybus dari stansted airport stop kat baker street.
ikut je semua orang yang turun kat situ sebab semua akan menuju ke tube station.
dari tube station baker street tu boleh naik tube untuk ke mana2 destinasi di london...

kalau tak dapat travelodge & tune hotel, cuba easyhotel...
the cheapest rasanya about GBP25 per night.
kalau nak tido airport satu malam rasanya takde orang nak halau kut.
sebab flight kat stansted banyak odd hours pun.
so memang ramai orang lepak dalam airport tu.
cuma tak tahan sejuk dalam airport tu je la...

I plan nak trus naik eurostar ke paris on the same day. Since, u rasa tak sempat. I think I better put up a night kat london la. Less risk. Bole suggest tak hotel kat London yang senang nk ke St Pancrass?(since I'm taking easybus, drop off kat Baker street)
Kalau I amik earliest train ke Paris, bag/luggage bole tak simpan kat locker Gare Du Nord?(since check in time is 12pm). Besar tak locker ni nak masukkan luggage? and how much?

apa kata pegi terus kat hotel yang you nak check-in tu. new hotel, kan?
tinggalkan je kat reception... takkan dia tak bagi kut.
kita nak duduk situ, tinggalkan beg kejap je before check-in.

masa nak balik...dlm ticket info kena pegi terminal 4.. tp rupanya new 'counters' tu dah siap on time so sampai2 terminal 4, depa suh transfer ke terminal 3 pulak. (bengan betul..dah la barang byk..)...
mujur la QATAR kasik voucher GBP15 (GBP5 per ticket). ingat nak beli air n sandwich tp sebab lama sgt beratur kat VAT counter tak sempat le nak makan2- last i masuk harrods sambar beg yg rege GBP17.. tambah dlm 2 pounds je le. suka!!
i kira stupid juga ke? i rasa stupid jugak sebab sepatutnya amik yg mahal sket suh husband top up balance tu! tu baru cerdik! |

Semalam i gatal2 tangan try book Travelodge kat Edinburgh. Bleh still dapat harga promo. Tensen i...i book easyhotel Edinburgh 1 nite GBP30, yang travelodge to GBP 30 untuk 2 malam (family room). If amik yang jauh sikit dari city centre dia boleh dapat GBP18 untuk 2 malam...
ni semua nasib2 kan. Kadang2 book awal untung,, kadang2 rugi.... |
