Karipap pusing resipi speedal..agak gebu skit..adunan minyak tu agak kering  terpaksa tambah skit..walhal speed dah modife maybe tepung sini kot..sj nk test crisco beli hari tu..thnk speed..dan sy buat jualan baru2 nie alhmdulilah laris jg..



cara pusing tu versi sendiri..bolehlahh

soulha..guna resepi yg speed dah edit yg mana satu?

yg 200gm tepung + 100gm shortening or 200 gm tpg + 75gm shortening? ....kalu soulha guna yg 75gm shortening memang dia agak kering skit....speed dah edit kat page 2 or 3...kena guna 100gm shotening baru dia lembut skit...tp kalu rasa kering lagi..cuba tambah lg shortening tu sampai boleh digentel bulat2...

dah lama dah speed tak buat karipap pusing ni....malas sbenarnya ni nak canai kelim canai kelim...

Kekurangan karipap saya ialah --- betuk dia tak sama maklumlah tak reti nak potong cone dan tak reti nak gulung padat padat.

wonder....agaknya boleh tak kita guna instant pastry margerine tuk buat karipap pusing? i mean yg bhgian yg tepung dan margerin tu, ganti ngan pastry margerine tu...boleh tak agaknye ye

liza nak share ni resepi inti karipap kentang mak liza

kentang dipotong dadu
ayam / daging di cincang halus

bahan A (untuk dimesin)
-cili kering (letak sikit je nanti pedas)
-jintan manis
-bunga lawang
-bunga cengkih
-lada hitam
-bawang merah
-halia

-mesin bahan2 A
-tumis sampai bau wangi
-masukkan kentang dan ayam/daging
-tambahkan air,masak hingga kentang empuk
-masukkan gula,garam  dan aji (lebihkan gula  sebab karipap ni sedap mkn kalau rasa manis2 sikit)
-masak inti sampai kering

**bahan tu semua tak sure la berapa sukatan,sebab buat sebelum ni main agak2 jer ikut berapa banyak kentang yg nak buat**

biasa liza buat kalau utk kentang 5 biji,cili kering dalam 5-6 tangkai,jintan & lada 1 sudu besar,bunga lawang 2 kuntum,bunga cengkih 5 kuntum,bwg merah 4-5 biji halia 1-2 inci.untuk doh,buat mcm biasa..kalau nak rangup tambah minyak panas 2-3 sudu besar

ahmboiii meriahnya huda... huda wat guna mould yg org wat temosa tu kan.. ala ada bekas plastik yg kaler2 merah dan macam kaler lagi tu.. cantiklah..

Kacang soya, Teruja betul dgn resepi you nie. Biasa Buat karipap pusar....Malam tadi buat kulit karipap dan inti ikut resepi you..buat separuh adunan saja. So pagi nie tinggal canai, letak inti dan goreng. Tak sia-sia ...rasa kulitnya ranggup dan intinya pun sedap.....thanks for the respi....patutlah habis karipap you kena belasah kat ofis you...


Kelim sendiri dgn tgn ..tak ada acuan.


Lepas goreng


Inti kita bukan daging tapi ayam.

Thanks mrs yatie kerana mencuba, resipi karipap ni mmg untuk hidangan besar sbb sampai sekarang saya tak reti nak buat sikit2...tak tau agak so sy ikut je lah bulat2 resipi puan firza tuh...tp boleh simpan dan buat sikit2 (batch by batch org kata)...baru2 ni ada buat untuk hidangan raya haji kat rumah mak..buat whole recipe...canai, kelim mlm tu gak dengan adik, kakak,  ipar duai .... dapatlah dalam 120 biji sebab ada besar ada kecik...dah tu banyak tangan yg work out he he ....simpan dalam fridge besok tuh raya aji goreng la untuk makan family dan bila ada tetamu..alhamdulillah licin...
