and ramai org kata, kalau bayar beribu2 to registered agent pun, boleh kena tipu, and tak semestinya maid tu bagus..
betul..kita ni dealing with human..risk tu sentiasa ada..
tp kalau kita upfront dah fikir negative, dont you think the aura vibrated to your maid?
i tulis ni pun based on my own experience..
i've tried both registered and non-registered..risk dia sama.. |

before i forget, setau i, u ambil dari non-registered ke, registered ke..kalau kena tipu, u can stil drag the non-registered agent to tribunal pengguna..just make sure you have complete documents untuk file pertuduhan..
and talk about desperation, when it comes to maid, who is not desperate..especially bila maid lari..habis tunggang langgang hidup you..nak kena ambil EL lagi from work..
but, like i have said before, kan sekarang indonesia ada ramai maid dia yg tak bekerja..so sebenarnya, maids dia pun tak sabar2 nak masuk msia..govt dia je control..
since kita bayar mahal, pls be choosy..dont just take the first one available..
bayar JP visa mahal2, sah2 maid dah ada kat msia..interview them, tgk character camne..
mmg takde gerenti 100%, tp at least you get the right to see them first before hiring them..
mmg ada certain agent maid dia yg masuk, satu, satu..but trust me..if you exhausted your efforts, you will find one yg ada maid masuk 2-3 people, every week..doa, doa, doa.. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
just evaluate the cost..tgk with that rate that you pay, berbaloi ke maid tu..trained?
i think ada somebody mentioned psl nak cari kat batam tadi..
since i tak pernah pergi batam, i wont know tp bukan kat this thread ke kata kat situ kena careful, byk ada STD, HIV, etc..
alang2 nak cari ke indon, why not go to training center yg actually allocate the maids to go to singapore and hong kong..quality dia tak sama ngan other maids....
ooo..by the way, not just us malaysians yg complain...
my indonesian friends also complains the maids that is available for them in indonesia are of lousy and low quality.. |

Yup.. Agreed.. If amik tru agensi 8-9k jer kosnyer for indon.. Potong 4-5 bln gaji which is lbh kurang jer ngn ind agen yg caj 6500 all in.. Tp, since most agensi yg aku pegi ckp xder stok, trpaksa la gamble ngn agen ind yg ntah jujur ntah penipu ni..
Talking bout maid pati ni.. Aku rela hntr neseri after kasen aku kena rompak ngn indon atas deal maid pati dier tu.. Biasalah indon dtg sini nk cari duit.. Yg haram pon bantai jer.. Thn.. A fren of mine kena hapetitis.. Almost whole famili.. Yerlah.. Dh xder permit n passport, camner nk wat medikal cek up.. Kos merawat dh baper habis.. Paling kesian, anak2 dier laaa.. Tu yg aku avoid mkn mskan maid.. Besides all the black magic, takut penyakit brjangkit yg hibernate dlm bdn dier.. Nauzubillah.. |

yes..kes intanmz sama sebijik dgn kes i, dia hutang kami berdua dalam amount yg lebih kurang sama..saya apply for maid from early july selepas 3kali dia x dpt nak deliver, what does she expect??? saya nak move on, nak cari maid lain sbb dia x dpt nak deliver what's she promise masalahnye kita ni duit bukannye berbakul, so duit yg ada pada dia tu la yg akan kami rolling untuk find another maid..since our problem yang pakai maid ni x settle lagi..
tp bila asik tangguh..janji..jani..janji..sapa tahan..dgn masalah kt rumah yang memerlukan maid segera, nak ambik maid, duit 'org tu' pegang..so apa option yg ada?? nak suruh kami paham masalah dia, dia kene tipu dgn agen indon whatsoever, so masalah kami ni ada dia nak pikir...???
dia hutang lg rm2300, last baya sama macam intanmz rm100, sakitnya hati after berjanji bagai nak settle, rm100 je dia masukkan..tp sebab saya ni manusia yg ada hati..I'll give her until end of this month to return ALL my money..ingat saya pon ada masalah lain yang nak kene pikir, jgn ingat hidup dia je tertekan sbb org mintak duit, dah pegang duit org lama2 mmg itula hukum dunia..hutang mestila dituntut..
i know she smsed kak bling suruh tolong dia apa yang patut, but kak bling please advise her to just return our money..our hard earned money..duit tabung haji tu saya keluarkan.. |

sy memang hormat dia orang kat sini yang jaga aib orang yang terlibat, tapi orang yang terlibat boleh bercakap dengan orang lain bahawasanya berhati hati dengan orang yang tak pernah pun nak menipu orang lain.... kalau majikan tunggu 8 jam tapi agent tak muncul disebabkan oleh hal kecemasan, agent tu telah dicanangkan kepada semua yang agent tu tak boleh dipercayai sehingga semua orang beranggapan begitu.... tapi kalau majikan tunggu sampai 8 bulan duit dia orang tak dipulangkan... kenapa semua nak cover lagi?..... kenapa takda ingat mengingat antara satu sama lain? owwhh... sbb 'dia' orang lama kat sini.... dan semua berfikiran yang orang baru ni mmg menipu lah..... |

Nak share satu letter from a reader:
I FAIL to understand the Malaysian mindset.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said recently that 2.3 million foreigners (legal or illegal), a substantial number being children and young adults, have been registered by the authorities.
This could have implications in terms of our country's security. Yet, we have been pressured by certain groups, including parents, about the need to bring in more foreigners as maids.
In their obsession for having maids, they seem to be oblivious that one day, we will be flooded with them such that our children and grandchildren's future will be jeopardised.
We will also end up having our children speaking in a dialect or intonation that is not ours. Let's not talk about the polemics over the English language being in jeopardy. There may come a time when English is spoken with intonations that are no longer the Manglish we are familiar with.
We repeatedly talk about our country moving into developed nation status. But developed nations like the United States, Britain or Australia don't recruit foreign maids like we do.
Maid services there are so expensive because they are professionally trained. If one wants to have a maid, then one must be willing to pay.
I am a wife, mother of eight children and a successful health professional who spent almost 38 years as a government servant. I also spent eight years in the US and I never had house maids.
My first five children were born in the US while I was doing my specialty training. The US law does not allow us to bring in maids from anywhere and we did not have much money to employ a maid anyway.
We coped and learned from our friends on how to survive the American way. We learned about our community's contributions and we learned what neighbourliness is all about.
We also learned that what you pay is what you get. There is no such thing as cheap labour. There are also rules that we must abide by to ensure our children are safe and never alone at home or anywhere else.
Most importantly, we learned that child minding means only that. We did not expect a person, particularly a maid, to do every single thing -- from child minding, cleaning windows and garages, cooking meals and even washing cars.
Yes, it was hard work with plenty of sacrifices. It was about not wanting my child to say "mum and dad are so busy, that's why we don't make it in school work".
We taught our children family values, responsibility, independence and the need for teamwork, mentoring them to be the adults they are today, holding good positions and going far in their education.
We are thankful that they remain close to each other and to us, and they try to live the values we have inculcated in them.
My daughter-in-law is a graduate who still found time to work from home in between ferrying her children to and from the kindergarten.
Calculating her earnings, she decided it was not going to give her the extras, after considering the lost bonding time with her children.
Frankly, it is worth the effort and extra mile we put in during our younger days to see our children grow into wonderful adults. It is a matter of love, sacrifice and determination to overcome the challenges.
However, it is only fair to say there are certain policies and facilities that are made available to families in developed countries.
There should be a move here to open up more professional butler-like/ maid schools with certificates, binding rules and regulations to protect their rights and give the respect due to them as professionals.
We can't be expecting cheap labour all the time. Neighbourliness and teamwork should come into play. For instance, flat and apartment managements should have gotong-royong community nurseries.
The Thais are very good at this. They are not dependent on their government all the time. Instead, the community is empowered to help themselves. At the end of the day, they do get the support of professional workers from the government, while extra helping hands come from housewives or young adults in the community taking turns to help to mind these nurseries or after-school programmes.
It's a win-win situation where local agencies and the government provide the space while the community mans the facilities. The neighbours minding the nurseries are provided an honorarium.
Flexible working hours would help so that there's always one parent to send their children to school or elsewhere while another brings them home. Of course, the alternative is to build more crèches at the workplace.
Another would be to create part-time employment for housewives mobile enough to come to your house between 7am to 5pm daily. But avoid letting them go home late every single day. Remember, they have their own families, too.
However one looks at it, we must learn to be independent in the way we manage our families and our lives. If we still desperately want maid services from other developing countries, then we should only employ the ones already registered. Why bring in more?
We are putting ourselves in a vulnerable state by looking so desperate or in dire need of outside help. We should not blame other nations or people for playing the "hard-to-get" game. The reality is, one cannot have everything, and one cannot live with excuses all the time.
From my experience, I can say that it was hard work juggling our lives when we were young, but we are enjoying the fruits of our labour today.
One only needs to be determined and visionary, innovative and creative in how one handles family living. Nothing, believe me, is impossible. |
