[091125/SJ] Melon Music Awards - TOP10: Will SNSD and SJ turn up on stage?

2NE1,2PM, 8eight, Davichi, Brown Eyed Girls, Girls Generation, Super Junior,Kara, K-Will & G-Dragon has been nominated into the ‘Melon MusicAwards 2009’ Top10 list, making them the last few nominees for the lastmusic award that is to be held on the 16 December 2009.
Fromthis top10 list, we are able to see that the year 2009 is truly theyear of Idol. In the list, from Girls Generation, to 2NE1, Kara, BrownEyed Girls and Davichi, it is clearly shown that girl groups areclearly in the rage.
However, among those nominees, the sunbaesof the music industry 8eight and K-will have, under their fans supportand never ending love for them, also made it into the top10.
Becauseof the release of the top10 nominees, the question in many musiccritics mind would be, ‘Is SM Entertainment going to allow GirlsGeneration & Super Junior attend this music award ceremony?’
Beit online or offline, the winner of Korea Song Festival, GirlsGeneration and the recipient of this year ‘New Generation of KoreanWave’ Super Junior, are both artists of SM Entertainment, and in thenot-so-long-ago ‘Mnet Asian Music Awards’ , because of the supposingunfair judging, SM did not allow their artists to attend the MAMA.
Dueto this incident, after the release of the nominees of the Top10, theattention is on them. Whether Girls Generation and Super Junior will beattending this music ceremony, waits to be seen.
In othernews, starting 24 of November, at the Melon Music Award homepage, asecond round of voting for the Top10 nominees will be opened to public,including the ‘Artist of the Year award’. And until 13 December, maythe battle of voting begin.

Shindong had wanted to quit Super Junior before
Korean idolboyband member Shindong has admitted that he once thought of quittingSuper Junior, and exposed that his original dream was not to be asinger, but to earn lots of money instead.
On last night’sepisode of MBC [Radio Superstar] (?), Shindong expressed that when hefirst entered Super Junior, the disparity between his and the othermembers’ looks hit him very hard. He admitted that he knew deeply itwas impossible for him to match up to the others in terms of looks, sohe was then determined to be the funniest member in SuJu.
However,he soon found out that there were members who were funnier and morecomedic than he was, and this led to him not knowing what role to playin the group, and eventually a serious consideration of quitting thegroup altogether.
Shindong also said, his original goal was notto be a singer, but to become an artiste so that he could earn moremoney. All of his singing and dance training was to become such anartiste, but in the end he unexpectedly ended up in an idol group.
Hesaid that after being a singer, was he able to personally feel thecharisma that music has, and now he no longer has any thoughts ofleaving the group, and will work harder to become a better musician.

T.T Ifound some of the stuff mentioned quite amusing and cute, I especiallyliked the Eunhae features, so I wanted to share. Some were sortafamiliar, I think they're from Full House or some other tv programme.I've did my best at translating but if there's anything wrong, feelfree to correct me. x3
