    kalau weight masih lg dlm BMI - Normal.. ok jer... utk tidak nampak kurus cekeding, pisang wat la weight training, kasi up skit dn bina otot2 tu.. baru nampak seksi...instead of nampak kurus keding..

    lebih dr 6x pun boleh asalkn pandai kawal pengambilan kalori... lina ckp 6 ni mcm standard la... hihi.. kalau mkn kerap, chances utk lapar tu kurang dn metabolisma pun jd tinggi tu dh menyumbang pd faktor penurunan bdn... sbb dia ada gastik kn...tp nk diet, boleh ajer... bg lina boleh diet walau gastik, tp kena kerap makan utk elak perut lapar.. kuantiti tu kena pandai kawal.. kalau mkn oat je, lain x mkn... mmg ler gastik..

harini happy . ptg smlm angkut dumbbell ngan tanita scale adik...nk pinjam seminggu. dia bg lak, x guna kot minggu ni . nmpk mcm bz... hihi. minggu ni nk wat weight training... menimbang jer kejenya dr ptg smlm..... hahaha!!

pg td timbang 58.2kg... nk usaha skit kot2 leh pecah tembok 58 tu.. yoshhhhhh!!!

ala lina.. tak yah fikir la halangan tu semua... redah jer.... sy dulu asyik fikir malu jer... yerlah nak belajar dgn budak2... tapi bila dah masuk kolam..malu kemana .. segan kemana... seronok jer... hihihihi.... skrg ni nak cuba berenang 3 kali seminggu... sedikit sebanyak kena slow talk dgn hubby, mintak pengertian dia....bak kata pengacara extreme makeover; " u have to love yourself"... betulgak kan.. kita ni org lain dulu yg kita utamakan sampaikan takder masa utk diri sendiri... bila fikir2 balik kena jugak curi sikit masa utk diri kita...

Cara diet = Control makan + senaman



** Baju yg sama, skrg bila pakai rasa cam besar (hehehe perasan !!!), Suar da tukar saiz...**

    cayalah bird!! meletopp! lina yakin dgn cara penurunan yg konsisten, bird dpt berat 50kg sblom raya!!

lina pun pakai blouse skg mmg mengelebeh.. mcm pakai baju kelawar..leh tambah aksesori tali pinggang utk nampak ranggiii .. tp x buat, segan.. hehe...

en din leh la letak gambo ni kat page depan.... leh wat motivasi ni!!.
