last week try wat fruit tart guna resipi hanieliza....tp naper ek doh tu pecah bila nk kluar kan??? melekat dh satu hal....bila dikorek guna sudu plastik, dia pecah plak??

hi, nk tanya sifu2 kt sini, sy dh try buat tat ari tu, tp tk pueh ati...sbnyer kulit tat tu cam tk masak...may be tebal agaknya...so, nk tanya sifu2, camna nk jadikan kulit doh tu nipis2...

macam mana nak buat cheese tu nampak cantik macam gambar yang mas tepek ni? Permukaan cheese tu nampak smooth dan tak berketul2. Any tips?

Salam

Utk sekian kalinya buat tart, tapi dah lama rasanya tak buat. ini pic batch terakhir yg dibakar, sampai hangus dan sememeh hahaha... saya guna resepi aunty yochana. swirl kat atas tart tu saya titskan emulco blueberry. jemput tgk gambar yg tak lawa ni.



Ulang tayang gambar lama, resepi yg sama,

  • bulat2kan doh kecil2, and letak kt dlm acuan, tekan2 and lekatkan kt dinding acuan tu. jgn nipis sgt. nanti senang crack.
  • atau, canai doh ikut ketebalan, then terap guna acuan kecik tu and tekan2 kt dinding acuan tu. jgn tekan sampai nipis, just biarkan die melekat kt acuan

guna resepi achik yaya tu


basic tart shell - 35 pcs

1 cawan butter
2 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
2 camb gula aising
1 kuning telur + 1 sudu essence vanilla - pukul sedikit

esen vanilla abis pulak ganti esen badam..dpat 16je..sbb acuan xsama size n buat tebal
filling tu coffe emulco

Chocolate and Macadamia Tarts
source:  BBC Good Food UK Edition Apr 2009

375g sweet pastry (guna mana-mana dough untuk sweet pastry)

Isinya:
200g dark chocolate
2 sudu makan double cream (boleh guna dairy cream)
2 telur saiz besar, 1 kuning telur
50g gula
85g macadamia nuts, chopped
icing sugar untuk decorate

Pastry buat dan bakar macam biasa.

Fillingnya:  
Cairkan chocolate dengan cream.  
Pukul telur, kuning telur dan gula hingga ringan dan berbuih.
Whisk chocolate ke campuran telur dan campurkan macadamia nuts (tinggalkan sikit untuk topping)
Taburkan lebihan macadamia nuts tadi.  Boleh freeze.
Bakar 170 C selama 12 minit, 20 minit bagi tat yang difrozenkan.  Sprinkle dengan icing sugar.

ps.  kalau makan suam-suam, chocolatenya masih melted.

yahoooo... dah beli acuan tart.. so ni lah hasilnyer.. resepi kak mas.. filing tart telur guna kak hanieliza punya resepi..
