If water and steam and ice is not the same as your definition of God, then it wouldn't be wise for you to use the similarity. You should use similarities to make it clearer, not make it much more difficult to understand. Your analogy further confuses your explanation, not making it simpler.
The Quran uses similarities in terms of Jesus's miraculous birth :

Now, let's do this again. How do you explain your concept of 'trinity'? How many God are there? You say one, but when Jesus the Son walks the Earth, the Father ruled from the Heavens above. Correct? What was the Holy Spirit doing? How do you explain all of these?
Why does God 'splits' His Dzat into 3 parts? Why not 2? Why not 5? Why not 7? Am I right if I say that your concept means God "split" His Dzat?
