masalah ni sama dgn masalah UM. mmg jenis yang susah nak turun apatah lagi klu bersenam yg berat. ka ...

mmg frust pun kalo bersenam bagai nak rak, diet makan dgn siap teguk minuman kesihatan tapi hasilnya tak semeriah yang disangka kan...

    yup....macam tuh la
tp bila amek herbalife kita makan sekali jer sehari..sedikit sbyk membantu. 2 kali lagi kita minum herbalife. mmg kenyang la.
cubalah mn tau kan. penurunan yg xdisangka2 tiap kali naik penimbang angka mesti turun punyer. just relak n cool je. tak payah obses atau paksa body kita. tp herbalife kena ade coach la. so derang leh monitor kita.

cam UM senam tiap2 hari klu larat tp klu puasa xderlah senam.

tgh gigih makan benda2 stim aje..
pastu jumaat,sabtu dan ahad gi gym..hopefully dlm sebulan ni dptla trn dlm 5 kg..

haha...takde apa yg nak di panik kan kalu masuk 3 series pun...janji maintain vogue...ramai org yg ku kenal when they reach 30's they look much better dari masa diorg in their 20's....i feel the same to me...yerlah, dah byk experience dlm hal2 menjaga kecantikan diri...lebih tau aper yg sesuai dan tak sesuai tuk diri sendiri...

    masuk gym..main gym best..selagi ade masa pegi je..tapi mkn kena jaga jugak..kalo exercise tapi banyak makan benda lemak,minyak pun tak jalan gak..yg penting kena minum air putih 4 litre sehari..insyaallah menjadi..tu la yg mel cuba jugak ni

owh ye..makanan yg bersup pun ok gak dimakan..buatla sup sayur ke..ayam ke..ikan ke..pastu mkn dgn nasi sikit..2 sudu nasi ke..cer try..

ohh..samelar umor kite..problem pun same gak...tapi aku gi consult kat nona roguy dulu..cube ko cek dulu badan ko naik sebb ape..ade 3 jenis kegemukan aku bace dulu..gemuk angin,gemuk daging n gemuk air kalau x silap..mase aku dt sane die bgtaw aku yg aku ade problem kegemukan angin..sebb suke minum ais..memang betul sgtlah ape neng2 tu ckp..pastu dier bg suggestion yg sesuai ngn prob kite..sebb laen jenis laen cara nk atasi die cakap...
