hi everyone,
firstly, thousand apologies kalau soalan i ni dah byk kali ditanye dlm thread ni..

i'm a female, tinggi 165cm, berat errr.. >75kg but <90kg.. haha
i nak enroll gym, utk reduce weight..

tp i dgr a few pendapat yg bercanggah pasal "perempuan pegi gym utk nak kurus" ni..
my bestfriend (who's a nurse) kata jangan pegi gym, takut nnt kuar muscle pastu badan jadi lagi berat...
my guy friend plak, (yg dulu gemuk, skrg dah kurus), beriya encourage i pegi gym, utk jadi cam dia..

so now i'm confused, patut pegi ke tak? i mmg nak kurus, tp i tak berapa suka jogging & outdoor sports.. the only sports yg i involved now is walking 1 kilometre to my office pergi balik everyday..

Firstly,  Im sorry miss, thats not a sports....thats a CHORES....
kalau la camtu leh di kata sports...maka mak aku kt rumah tu ahlil sukan yg sangat hebat la gamaknye

kene tau bezakan apa bersenam, bersukan, dan aktiviti harian....lain semuanye tu ler...yg sama ialah semuanye menggunakan kalori.
and secondly....nape malu nk bgtau sedari pnye weights? semakin transparen semakin cpt kita progress,
kelemahan org Melayu satu nyer ni la, dia suke pamper diri sendiri dgn perataan yg menyedapkan ati...camni :

"aku ni tak gemuk, cuma chubby skit"
"aku tkde la gemuk, boroi sikit je"
"aku bukan gemuk ler, ranka besar"

accept the fact that you are overweight, fat etc, lg sng kita move on and tackle masalah tu.
ada pepatah English yg mengatakan, "if it jiggles, then its fat"

thirdly : suka benor dgr pendapat mereka yg bukan ada kepakaran dlm bidang yg berkaitan. No offense but your friend is a NURSE. dan sorg lagi kaki fitness, dan saya anggap tentu body dia tip top kot?
Cuba bandingkan antara 2 kawan u ni, mana yg lg nampak fit dan sihat? Ok lah pompuan ni susah skit, mgkn dia nk tgk role model pompuan gak.



Your fren nurse tu badan cam gmbr kt ats tak? If NO then move on, dgr kata yg lebih tau.

Fourthly : tukar goal daripada nk lose weights kepada nk lose fats....
eh..sama je ke? mana sama.,...nak lose weights cpt saya boleh tlg...sy potong kaki sedari, kasik timbang blk..KONFEM LOSE WEIGHS kan? teehehehe...so kt sini goal kita nk lose fat, supaya sedari sihat, nampak hot...somi sedari pn berselera..wakakak

ok masih berminat?
sebenarnye kalo nk perubahan yg drastik, ia lebih kepada perubahan gaya hidup. u kene ubah cara makan u, kene workout at least 3x per week. dapat lg kerap lg la bagus.

kalo masih berminat nnti kita sambung....ceramah panjang lebar aku
