Hi K-Poppers! Thanks for the overwhelming response yesterday. We have pulled together some of the most common questions to provide further clarifications as per below..

1. To pre-book your passes this Sunday, all you need to do is Reload RM50 & activate DiGi Music Pluz (for RM 5) to get ONE showcase pass. You’ll get a coupon when you reload and we’ll reserve your pass for collection at a later date.

2. For the autograph session*, reload another RM 30 to get 1 x pass or for the stage games* just reload another RM 50 to get 1x pass. Please reload this Sun (17 Apr) only at 1Utama new wing, outside A|X from 10.30am – 7pm. Otherwise, from 21/4 onwards, you can reload at either DiGi Retail Center, Berjaya Times Square or DiGi Retail Center, Sunway Pyramid.
*these 2 items are highly limited!!

3. If you want to join the showcase + autograph + stage games altogether, you will just need to reload RM 50 (showcase pass) + activate DiGi Music Pluz + RM 30 (autograph session) + RM 50 (stage games). Total = RM 130 reload. Likewise, if you want only the autograph session, it will be RM 80 reload (RM50 + activate DiGi Music Pluz + RM 30). But the autograph & stage games are very limited and are on while stocks last so hurry hurry!

4. Each DiGi line is entitled to ONE pass. However you can ask your friends to purchase on your behalf if you’re outstation this weekend (but they must be a DiGi subscriber)

5. Don’t have a DiGi line? No worries! Just activate a DiGi line and come on over to perform your reload this Sunday at 1U to get your showcase pass!

6. To get the passes, you need to reload at 1Utama this Sunday at 1Utama new wing, outside A|X from 10.30am – 7pm or either DiGi Retail Center, Berjaya Times Square or DiGi Retail Center, Sunway Pyramid from 21/4 onwards
