Exactly, tgk situation & priority msg2.
Mcm I pun sama, nak duk setempat & nak freedom nak renovate rmh mcmana.

Risiko menyewa ni kalau terpaksa keluar tu, kan jenuh nak cari rmh lain.

Ada yg decide nak menyewa sbb dia rasa mampu nak bayar sewa bulan2 dan malas nak buat commitment baru.
Mcm parents I tak suka duduk dgn anak2, tapi dah tua2 ni kami risau.
Since duit pencen mampu, dorang menyewa banglo dkt rumah abg I.
Rumah sekarang, dia sewakan sbb jauh dari anak.
I salute my parents tak nak susahkan anak, dia tau dorang masa flexible dah pencen, anak2 ada commitment kerja.
So dorang beralah, pindah ke rmh sewa. Senang abang sulong I jenguk2.

klu ada family better beli...
klu kata mati anak2 isteri ada tempat berteduh.....
klu sewa..siapa nak tolong bayarkan sewa....klu ada insurance nyawa ok la anak2 bolehlah survive...tp ni klu family suami semenggah...silap gaya kena halau jua family laki heboh rebut harta...

eh...byk2 fikir pening jua....
rasa mampu nak beli rumah beli....
rasa nak menyewa sampai tua..sewa la...tapi dah tua2 tak lalu nak pindah randah...klu tuan rumah nak balik rumah...ke nak kena buat agreement dgn tuan rumah...sewa sampai penyewa mati...huhuhu

saya nk jual semi D saya dh setahun...ada org tengok2 tu pun warga cina...dh masalah feng shui tak elok pula. so sewakan je dpt la 50% cover monthly installment.

U plan nak duduk situ ke..

Landed properties payah jual dah area KL selangor ni.. sbb harga mahal... ramai buyer tak lepas loan... kat johor bandar penawar near pengerang pun dah almost 2 yrs kawan i cuba jual tak dpt...

Kitorg ada je jual rumah, kebelakangan ni nampak cam orang ada kerja tetap la mcm gomen, staff TNB, telekom je lepas loan beli rumah kitorang tu pun all apartment, not landed...

Rumah landed i dpt jual haritu pun sbb ex i beli.. kalo jual kat buyer luar mmg tatau laa bila nak laku nya.... mujur Allah bukakan hati dia beli rumah i

thank u for info, rasa area tu value masih maintain,good area still address kuala lumpur(bukan selangor and DBKL mmg jaga area2 KL ni). rumah pun dkt dgn park/masjid/sekolah...dan population chinese pun mcm 50-50(area cina normally better than area melayu in term of value). harap2 ada lah jejeki soon

Ex husband i beli, sbb heols suka rumah tu, berjiran dgn rumah abang dia.. hahahaha, mujur ada pembeli... heols mcm simpan rumah, takde pun kasi sewa2.... 1 kemaman, 1 besut, 1 ampang (ni yang i jual kat dia)..

Ada la anak.. dgn i sorang boy.. dgn wife baru (theyols kawen 2018, family arranged) sorang girl.. kami semua duduk sekampung ni haaa..... co-parenting anak

Abah saya pencen gomen dia dah tak perlu cash2 ni kalau saya balik kampung, saya bagi duit jajan, dia bagi saya semula nikmat apalah yg nak didustakan. Family saya bukan org kaya ye. Tapi, bolehla. Senang tak lenang.
