Semalam borak2 dgn geng gymmers i..

Terkejut when THEY told me diorang minimum join sampai 2 gym, ada sampai 4 gym membership!!!! Ape ke heiiiii nye mcm over nyaaa.... 1 gym cukup lah.. i sendiri pun join 1 gym je, itu pun office sponsor... home gym tak kira la ye.. this is commercial gym membership...

I tanya kawan2 i kenapa korang join banyak2 sangat, dah le 1 gym tu min fee 350-450 per month, ada ikat contract sampai 4 tahun..

salah sorg tu (yg enroll 4 gym) jawab punca dia join byk gym tu sbb nya

1. Fitness first - dance class & instructor best... ada personal trainer best

2. Babel fitness - sbb equipment and shower changing room best. So sheols masuk sini sbb machine

3. Flyproject - sbb classes & instructors best especially HIIT class and short duration high intensity

4. Twin Tower fitness - sbb companies sponsored & kawan2 best


Tp join byk2 pun i tengok diorang tak kurus sgt pun
