ni review saya sendiri time test motor ni kat sepang secara official.....(sy copy paste dari posting sy sendiri kat forum lain)
ok...yesterday just tested the bike at sepang circuit....
overall look...more like a touring bike...
size...looks big...but when u were sitting on it then u'll realize that it was a bit small but doesn't hurt comfort ergonomic seating position in fact the seating position was very nice...seat also really comfy...unlike some other 250cc bike which has hard seat and "long arm man" handle reach...
power wise.....delivery was smooth....not that racy feeling even u got 23hp on tap....the most amazing was the torque....coming out of Turn4 of SIC going uphill on 4th gear was easy....topped on mainstraight 155km/h++ (if on open road can do more).....plenty of torque from 3000rpm until the needle past 9500rpm before the rev limiter do its job at 10500rpm....gear evenly spreaded to suits touring/long journey....unlike its smaller sibling cbr150 which has racy effect close ratio gearbox which can be quite tiring on long journey...
handling...the factory fitted IRC tyre was exactly the same tyre available on ninja250...since this bike was merely 165kg...it was very nimble...really stable on cornering....flipping the bike at Turn1+Turn2 of SIC somehow as easy as riding yamaha rxz......front fork...a bit firm...but not as hard brick...still good for comfort....rear monoshock was decent....expect to be a bit on softer side when rider's weights more than 80kilos.....
braking....this was the best part...awesome....especially on ABS version....coming downhill of Turn6+Turn7 of SIC north track and leaning with hard braking using REAR BRAKE only did nothing to unsettle the bike....instead the abs work perfectly with maximum braking capability....and left me without any skids mark as i was intended to create some....expect braking stability in wet weather condition which is commonly haunting riders in wet or slippery condition...
about meter...analog rpm counter with digital speedo was easy to read...along with digital temp. meter....and quite refreshing apart from old trusworthy full analog previously on its smaller sibling cbr150r....
on overall appearance...this can be a bit hard to decide..its up to a person wheter to live it or hate it....but the design really stands up from the rest.....
in my opinion.this bike was designed for daily use in mind...but once in a while if the rider decide to do some corner attack,nothing comes better than this (in 250cc and below category)...with fuel injection translates to smooth power delivery with fuel saving...this bike would be a perfect daily workhorse.....and even better for beginner..as this bike was easy to handle and lightweight....especially for those who was looking for something better than kapcai's and without 2t smokes lurking around even after the engine switched off....

tapi dia tak baca kat fuel consumption...dia tak baca kat keselesaan...dia tak baca kat kesenangan nak nak kontrol motor tu....
kalau nak all out performance carik la motor tukun 250cc 4piston zaman dulu...+-45horsepower.....tu baru betul2 untuk performance....
susah la kalau nak compare kancil 660cc dgn smartfortwo 660cc turbo...maksud aku kat sini...memang cc sama....tapi target market berbeza..satu nak jimat mnyak,mentenen simple,murah bagi mereka baru pakai keter.....satu lagi utk orang kaya keter stylo+performance.....
bukan aku nak backup/berat sebelah...tapi tu lah kebanyakan mindset orang nilaikan motor mesti carik brape topspeed dapat....itu jer..tak pikir lain.... |

boleh kata keseluruhan penunggang motosikal berkuasa tinggi ( 250 kategori berkuasa tinggi la kan ).. mmg mendambakan pikap dan top speed.. benda tu takleh nak dinafikan..
tapi dia tak baca kat fuel consumption...dia tak baca kat keselesaan...dia tak baca kat kesenangan nak nak kontrol motor tu....
utk fuel consumption.. moto cbr250 ni boleh dibandingkan dengan 250r ( satu kategori )... kesemua ciri2 cbr250 tu ada di kawa 250r.. low fuel consumption.. riding position yg selesa ( kategori touring bike ).. dan motor mudah dikendalikan.

mmg moto kawasaki zxr tu mirip superbike punya kriteria.. tp model zxr ni bukan kategori yg boleh dibincangkan di sini.. sebab dah lain kategori..

aku bandingkan apple to apple .. cbr250 dengan kawasaki 250r.. dimana range harga sama.. cc pun sama.. riding position pun sama.. tp top speed ... :re:

kalo ikutkan kriteria pomen ni.. aku rasa beli lc / ex5 atau easyrider pun dah cukup.. takyah habiskan berbelas atau berpuluh2 ribu utk moto 250.. lc/ex5 .. myk save.. bwk selesa.. ada raga lagi.. senang juga kontrol moto..
tujuan penunggang utama org beli motosikal berkuasa tinggi ( selain easyrider ) adalah jelas.. utk menikmati kelajuan.. kalo tak caya ka.. tanya bro ryo apsai dah elok2 600cc p upgrade 1000cc.. kalo tak kesah pasai top speed ngan pickup.. takkan la dia hupgred.. |
