Berjogging dengan cara betul boleh mengawal dan memanjangkan nafas.
caranya begini:

first sebelum jog berjalan selama 3-4min kemudian berjogging selama 3-4min seterusnya berlari selama 3min kemudian mula balik dari mula.

meha baca kat mana tak ingat tapi meha rasa berkesan.
