Apa yang saya tahu, untuk memandu pesawat-pesawat ringan ni cuma perlu dapatkan Private Pilot License (PPL) melalui kelab-kelab penerbangan tempatan. Kelayakan hanya boleh berbahasa Inggeris dan faham bahasa Inggeris. Kos belajar terbang pun jauh lebih murah dari flying school.
Not exactly, DCA nak tengok juga your school qualification semasa application for the licence beside kena pass various exam papers such as Airlaw, Navigation,Human Performance, Aircraft Technical,Radio Telephony. So basically good grade SPM will do. |

mcm ni kesahnye... my fren ni dpt suggestion from one of his fren who is d captain and now working as flight instructor kat flying skul to be a pilot.. captain tu suggestkn suruh masuk memaner flying club and take the PPL after tht continue dgn CPL/IR or flight instructor course..
so, the question are:
1) i heard tht by taking this alternative route in becoming commercial airline pilot is longer thn directly taking CPL.. but the cost is cheaper is tht true?
2) how long it will take to b commercial airlines pilot by taking diz route?
3) flying skul vs flyin club.. which one better? or the pros n the cons?

jgn confuse ngn flying club n flght skul..you nk terbang ngn flying club,you kne ade PPL,amik PPL kt flight skul dulu..kalo nk amik CPL/IR plak,xsemestinya kne ade PPL dulu..xdak PPL pn xpe,utk CPL/IR,minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma pn da cukup,cume financial jela kne ade (private student)...tp kalo nk lebih murah lagik,bole try cadetship program,macam kat AK/MAS...kelayakan tggi sket la..psl you xkluar duit byk byk pn,n dijamin kerja...xmcm you amik sndiri2 kt flight skul k...faham? |

Boleh amik PPL kat flying club and cheaper, around 16k to 20k jer sebab tak macam flying school, kena bayar lodging messing and publication.
Tapi lepas tu nak amik CPL kena pegi flying school jugak . Maybe la cheaper sikit on overall cost. Nak dapat PPL kat flying club tak lama , within
2 months boleh habis training, untuk CPL kat flying school amik masa around 3 to 6 months terpulang kepada flying school tu.
Peluang dapat kerja, on major airlines will be the least priority la. |

Certain flying club boleh conduct AFI course subject to DCA approval.
Minimum P1 hours 200 kalau tak silap.
Dah cukup hours experience jadi AFI baru boleh jadi FI or QFI . Tu pun kena lulus DCA test.
Untuk airline , setiap aircraft type dia ada TRI or type rated Instructor. Dia org ni la yang ajar guna simulator dan line training. |

Selain dari mara, personal loan kat bank la. Sarawakian kalau tak silap yayasan negeri dia org boleh tolong. Budak2 china sanggup morgage rumah untuk dapatkan cash. Kalau your father ada banyak duit kat EPF acc 2, boleh keluarkan juga untuk flying course, perlukan confirmation letter dari flying school yg berkenaan. |

Ramai jugak yg nak jadi pilot kan... My brother pun nak tu... Dia SPM last year and now tgh tunggu result... Today dah pergi Kursus Persediaan Pilot dgn Transair... My mom mcm tak bg sgt anak dia beria nak amik pilot hihi.. Tapi adik beria sgt dah nie...
Mmg kene buat personal loan ke? Total cost berapa? If masuk cadet programme mcm ok je? Tapi maybe qualification dia tinggi kot eh? Skrg tgh duk mencari org2 yg boleh bg loan or etc... kakak dia nak tlg puan tatau mcmana... |

CPLIR range RM230-270k....kalo cadetship...airline cmpany tu yg akan bon sume kos..tp skang xde airline yg bukak cadetship...yg ade pn airsia..standard la kalo SPM english,maths and physics minimum B3..utuk pinjaman skang the only option is private bank loan..bank rakyat diorang leh bagi 180k up to 250k...PTPTN mmg xde loan utk pilot..n MARA xbukak loan utk private pilot dah,psl situasi xmembenarkan,skang ni pun frieshie sume ramai yg mnganggur,no job...even smpai ade yg mnuggu masa nk kne blacklist xbayor bank loan tuh |

kat transair tuh dier ajar basic2 mcm principle of flight semua tuh..
dier mcm persediaan b4 masuk flying school.. but actually xperlu pon..
tp kdg2 ade gak org nak test kesesuaian dier nak join piloting nih so dier join transair dulu.
