Showbiz: Nora Danish's hosting skill impresses viewers

BY [url=]DENNIS CHUA[/url]KUALA LUMPUR: Actress and entrepreneur Nora Danish has won the hearts of fans of Meletop when she co-hosted the show yesterday.
The 35-year-old who has a girl-next-door image, is currently standing in for fellow actress Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor, 28, who is away on holiday.
Viewers of the entertainment talk show have praised Nora’s “warm, patient and chatty” style.
In yesterday’s episode of Meletop, Nora and her co-host, comedian Nabil Ahmad, interviewed singer-songwriter Daiyan Trisha and Singaporean singer-actor Aliff Aziz.
Many viewers felt that she was in a class of her own and her guests seemed to enjoy her company throughout the live show.
One Netizen said: “It’s a joy to have Nora in Meletop, she’s so polite and sweet, and she shows utmost respect for her guests.”
Another said: “Perhaps, Neelofa and Nora should take turns to host Meletop. Take a longer holiday, Lofa, for Nora is doing a great job!”
Nora who had held the record as the celebrity with the most followers on Instagram since August 2014, has been dethroned by Neelofa, 28, who has now chalked up 5.6 million followers compared to Nora’s 5.3 million.
