tahniah utk chentadewi, turun -1.5kg
tahniah pada dua org yg turun kelas BMI over ke normal; chentadewi & linamys  |

maceh en din.. akhirnya turun gak kelas... fuhhh..sebulan ambik masa turun kelas sbb masuk zone plateau.. minggu ke 2 ni misi utk cuba capai target bulan ni.. 58.0kg lak.. kalau dpt pecah tembok 58 tu dh kira satu bonus!  |

tahniah lina....chaiyok...chaiyok...my weight this morning return to 50.5kg....pi mai-pi mai tang tu gak....this morning decide to diet makan buah2an....see lah if kan tahan till lunch....haha... |

makan buah tu bagus midori, tapi sbnrnya kita kena makan balance food. kena ada juga sumber protein & lemak sihat. so next time tambah makan telur rebus atau minum susu |

Lina...i don't deserve tahniah lah....psl berat back to usual...bukan turun pun....hehe...pagi2 memang biasa makan light2 jer...
Not sure yet psl detox tu....nie pun taktau lunch nanti tahan ker tak....haha.... |
