untuk masakan begini, mmg sedap kalau bubuh kentang..
biasanya kalau saya masak ayam jintan, mmg sah kena bubuh kentang..[kalau ada stok] lah..
kalau tak, sure kena bebel..hehehe..
sama gak kalau ...

ayam goreng kalasan

bahan-bahan

1 kg ayam
2 sudu besar cuka makan
100 g gula pasir
1 sudu makan garam
1 biji bawang besar, di hiris
minyak untuk menggoreng
sedikit perahan asam limau

bahan kisar

10 ulas bwg putih
sedikit halia
sedikit lengkuas
3 batang serai

cara masak

1. basuh ayam bersih dan potong sederhana atau mengikut kehendak
2. lumur bahan kisar pd ayam
3. masukkan cuka bersama gula pasir dan garam, gaul sampai rata
4. perap ayam dlm peti sejuk
5. panaskan minyak,goreng ayam sehingga keperangan
6. renjiskan perahan asam limau dan hiaskan dgn hirisan bawang...
sedia utk d makan....

p/s : dah try wat ayam ni...ok la...blh tahan...sumber dpt dari majalah jelita..kalau nak lg sedap perap semalaman dlm peti ais...selamat mencube...

ni aku masak 1st day pose ari tu.....resipi drpd member opis ni.....ayam masak kicap berempah pedas....punyela pjg nama....heheh.....



Bahan2

- Ayam (dipotong mengikut saiz disukai, jgn besar sgt)
- 2 Sup bunjut (aku guna adabi) - bukak bungkusan n kuarkan rempah2 tu then tumbuk or blend
- Bawang besar - dihiris bulat
- Bawang merah - tumbuk or blend
- Bawang putih - tumbuk or blend
- Cili boh
- Cili merah/hijau - dihiris nipis
- Cili padi (kalo nk pedas lg) - ditumbuk or blend
- Kicap masin/manis
- Asam keping
- Lada sulah
- Garam, gula, serbuk perasa

Cara buat

1. Perapkan ayam dgn sup bunjut, kicap, lada sulah, cili padi, garam n serbuk perasa. kalo blh lama sket supaya rempah sume tu menyerap
2. Goreng ayam n ketepikan
3. Tumiskan bwg merah & putih, cili boh, cili padi n sup bunjut
4. Masukkan kicap, lada sulah. Rasa n tambah garam, gula, serbuk perasa secukupnya
5. Masak sampai agak pekat then masukkan asam keping
6. Sebelum matikan api masukkan bawang besar cili merah/hijau
7. Matikan api n masukkan ayam then sebatikan.

sedap mkn ngn nasik panas2

try masak gulai ayam kampung smlm.....sori gambo blur....



Bahan2

Ayam kampung
Kentang
Bwg merah & bwg putih
Cili boh (lg bagus kalo ade cili kering)
Rempah gulai kg
Rempah kasar (kayu manis, bunga lawang, cengkih n buah pelaga)
Halia
Belacan
Kerisik
Santan
Asam keping
Garam, gula (or gula melaka) n serbuk perasa

Cara Masak

1. Rebus dulu ayam kg ngn sedikit garam
2. Bila dh separuh empuk, masukkan kentang
3. Bwg, halia, kerisik n belacan diblend skali, kalo pakai cili kering pon blend skali
4. Tumis rempah kasar, rempah gulai n bhn2 yg diblend sehingga garing
5. Masukkan garam, gula n serbuk perasa sket dalam tumisan
4. Bila ayam dh totally empuk n air tinggal sket, masukkan bhn tumisan td n kacau sekejap
5. Masukkan asam keping
6. Kecikkan api n masukkan santan
7. Kacau kejap hingga mendidih
