In a hearing on Monday (11.01.10), lawyers for the late singer's estate appealed to raise the sum paid to the late 'Thriller' star's mother Katherine - who was awarded guardianship of his children in July last year, a month after the King of Pop's death from acute Propofol intoxication - because the $60,000 she was getting to take care of Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, who is known as Blanket, isn't enough.
According to RadarOnline.com, Judge Mitchell Beckloff was asked to increase 'the family allowance to the children', with attorneys submitting a figure for the judge to consider.
It has not yet been disclosed in court what the additional money would be used for and their attorneys have refused to reveal why the money was needed.
Meanwhile, It has also been claimed that the children didn't spend Christmas with their grandmother, because Katherine is a Jehovah's Witness and doesn't celebrate the holiday.
Instead, the youngsters spent time with family friends arranged by their nanny Grace Rwaramba and were said to be 'well adjusted'.
A source said: 'They were extremely happy and they had a great time. It wasn't a big deal Christmas with elaborate gifts. It was very humble.
'They seemed fine, well adjusted; they're doing their school work. They don't talk about Michael's death but they do mention him.'

1. kelas karate, agaknya kalau karate kat rumah lagi mhl kot..
2. nanny punya gaji
3. home-school, tutor2 diorang tu pun kne berbyr.
4. maintenance budak2 tu, kalau perasanla bdk2 ni selalu pakai baju ed hardy, woo mahal tuh. klu kat sini, sehelai leh cecah rm500-rm900 tu. klu convert adela USD 100-300/piece.

Message from Nancy Malnik.
The photos being "leaked" of the Jackson children were PRIVATE photos from our visit that were emailed ONLY to Grace for the purpose of them being shared with Paris, Prince, Omer, Taj and Ms. Katherine. As when we were together on our visit, my camera had photos of all of them (from iFly, etc...) and I told them I would email ONLY Grace the copies as I did not have their email address. Grace’s email account was hacked the same day the first photo came out! (This too was posted on Graces Facebook page when it occurred.) Grace also had NOTHING to do with any of these leaks! Whomever wanted to get these photos, knew where to look. There were a total of 36 photos in the file and all but two now have been released. Whomever is doing this keeps releasing them one at a time to make My Daughter/Me/My Family or Grace look guilty, as they are trying to KEEP the attention OFF THEMSELVES. The photos from 2006 recently “leaked” were ALSO from the SAME email hacking of Grace's account. They were for the eyes of the children/family ONLY but as you can see, there is someone VERY dishonest doing this and exploiting the children, in addition to trying to discredit our loyalty to the children and the Jackson Family. I spoke to Grace before sending this letter and she is in FULL agreement with me and our family to the truths of this matter. Keep your "fan" site just that... a FAN site about Prince, Paris, Blanket and Omer. Our family has nothing to do with subject of this group.
