episod 23

episod ni merangkum cerita dalamsatu malam je..continue scene JS-DW bertumbuk kat parking lot bwh kondo tue..

JS bersiri kat balkoni..
JS call HJ dan ada bagitahu yang dia akan ke paris ngan DA esoknya..HJ tanya JS mcamana ngan dia(na ottohkae-o?)..JS jawab sket senyap..terus putus talian..

pastu HJ cuba call JS lagi...henset JS berbunyi tapi JS xangkat, then JS buang henset tu jatuh ke bawah..

JS start motor menuju villa SG..dalam pejalanan JS berhenti kat satu pondok telefon n call DA..(ingatkan kat pondok tel. tu JS call HJ, tp dlm episod semalam JS call DA)cakap suruh DA siap2 nak g paris esok..JS akan ikut sekali, tapi kalau besoknya JS xmuncul DA kena pegi gak, JS akan menyusul kemudian...

JS sampai depan gate villa Presiden Kang..gate x bukak, JS terus lompat gate tu dan berlari melalui padang SG yang luas ke arah pintu villa tue..kuat giler dia ketuk(hentam) pintu tuh,- agaknya presiden Kang takde mlm tu..then JS dengan suara tinggi(bengang/marah2) cakap sesuatu yang macam JS nak P.Kang tahu..

JS kena kepung lagi kat parking lot bwh apartmen dia..sorang2 siap pegang kayu baseball lagi nak hentam JS,tapi ketika tu hp kepala geng 'kaki pukul' tu berbunyi..agaknya arahan jgn buat JS..bila diorang blah je nampak muker JS pucat..kalau x habisla JS malam tue..

lepas tu JS-HJ kat depan pintu kondo..

satu scene yang tunjuk detektif Park terima satu panggilan kat umah dia..rasanya report dari Japan dah sampai yang mengesahkan ke'innocence'an JS..

D.Park cuba call JS nak bagitahu berita ni...tapi xdpat(sbb JS dah buang henset dia)..pastu dia terfikir DA..then terus call DA n pesan DA suh bagitahu JS berita yang JS dibuktikan tak bersalah melalui report yang diterima dr Jepun tue..

DA cam happy la sbb dah terbukti JS x bersalah, tambah lagi esoknya tu JS dah janji nak ke Paris ngan dia kan...tapi MJ pesan yang kemungkinan besar JS xg ngan dia - (agak2 la)..

JS jadi cam psiko lagi...JS bagitahu HJ mcmna kematian SG berlaku...

In essence, JS gives HJ two accounts of what "really happened" on the mountain. The one he comes up with first is the one that fits in with most of the flashbacks we've seen. It's compatible with SG having been the one who let go, after gloatingly telling JS that he now has the chance to become him. This is the one he goes on to give HJ, with the related flashbacks coming up (although this time we see much more of the details of what passed between them on the mountain).

He's not, he's giving HJ what I'll call version #1 of what happened. And immediately he's finished, HJ is at a loss to understand why he is so devasted by it. "But you didn't really do anything wrong!" she protests, after hearing his story (at the precise moment, of course, that JS's discarded cellphone is ringing with Park's vain attempt to tell him that that's the case in the eyes of the law as well) No matter how he got to be in that perilous position, it was Seong Goo who let go. And that isn't the same as killing him. But that's not how it was! JS protests. I tell you I killed him! I killed Seong Goo!! And with that he leaves the room, leaving HJ to say aloud, apparently thinking that he's in the adjacent bedroom and so in earshot, that it doesn't matter to her anyway whether he killed anyone. What really worries her is that JS seems so hell bent on tormenting himself, and her, with apparently groundless feelings of guilt. For the death of a really evil man. Then she sees that the balcony doors are open, and walks out to find him on the point of jumping. "Don't do it, Joon Soo" she shouts. And now, teetering on the rail, he gives her, accompanied by a significantly different flashback, most of which we haven't seen before, apart from a few very brief black and white shots of Seong Goo with utter terror on his face, what I'll call version#2, in which he forces Seong Goo's hand open and deliberately sends him to his death. He comes down off the rail to a devasted HJ, and confirms, "Yes, I really murdered Seong Goo".
