Kero baru je khatam baca topik cheesecake nih..
X penah lagi kero try makan cheesecake sbb wa ada problem dgn makanan yg rasa too cheesy & milky.
Slalu adik badik Kero je yg suka..tp nanti nak try jugak buat utk my sis & mebi cuba makan skit.
My sis cakap Boston cheesecake sedap..dah jumpa resepi kat net ni & ada masa Kero cuba buat.
Boston Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 pkg. (1-layer size) yellow cake mix
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
3 eggs
3/4 cup Sour Cream
2 squares Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
GREASE bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on package; pour batter evenly into springform pan. Bake at 325癋 for 25 minutes if using a silver springform pan. (Bake at 300癋 for 20 minutes if using a dark nonstick springform pan.) Cool.
BEAT cream cheese, granulated sugar and 1 tsp. of the vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Blend in sour cream; pour over cake layer.
BAKE at 325癋 for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set if using a silver springform pan. (Bake at 300癋 for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set if using a dark nonstick springform pan.) Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan.
PLACE chocolate, milk and butter in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add powdered sugar and remaining 1 tsp. vanilla; mix well. Spread over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. |

Ni resepi Boston cheesecake dr Amy Beh. Kero penah try resepi dia yg lain..mmg menjadi.
Boston Cheesecake
For the sponge cake base:
50g melted butter
(A):
190g Optima flour
4 eggs
30ml water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
For the topping:
(A):
550g cream cheese
200g sugar
4 large egg yolks
200g whipping cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
(B):
125g flour
25g cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar
Method
To make base: Whisk (A) till thick and fluffy. Stir in melted butter. Line the base of a 22cm or 23cm round cake tin. Pour batter into tin and bake at 190 篊 for 20 to 25 minutes.
To make topping: Cream (A) till smooth and light. Gradually beat in egg yolks one at a time. Beat in whipping cream and vanilla essence. Fold in (B) gradually, followed by lemon juice.
Whisk egg whites and sugar until just stiff and fold lightly into creamed mixture.
Line the base of a loose-bottomed cake tin with the sponge cake. Line and grease sides of tin.
Pour cream cheese mixture into the tin. Bake cake in a water-bath at 170 篊 for one hour or until skewer inserted in the centre of cake comes out clean. |

Blueberry cheese cake yang shida buat isnin lepas


American Cheese Cake
500gm cream cheese
95gm gula castor (A)
3 biji kuning telur
200gm whipping cream
3 biji putih telur
38gm gula castor (B)
60gm tepung gandum
23gm tepung jagung
perasa lemon
perasa vanilla
caranya:
1. Pukul putih telur seketika & masukkan gula castor (B). Buat meringue.
2. Dalam mangkuk lain, masukkan cheese, lemon paste, vanilla. Pukul hingga cheese lembut dan sebati. Jangan terlebih pukul.
3. Masukkan kuning telur dan pukul lagi.
4. Masukkan whipping cream & pukul lagi.
5. Kaup balikkan tepung gandum + tepung jagung
6. Last sekali masukkan putih telur yang telah dipukul.
Adunan cheese ni boleh digunakan untuk buat cheese tart, bluberry cheese cake dsb. Resepi ini adalah yang basic. kita boleh pelbagaikan mengikut kegemaran.

Malam tadi akhirnya buat jugak cheesecake peach kukus jas tu.. dah nak expired pun cream cheese, tu kelam kabut paksa diri gak buat... sedap memang sedap..tapi wa pun base selalu failed..camne ek? |

Selalu guna beskut marrie tu jadik base dia ada dlm 20 keping(cam dlm resepi jas tu) pecah-pecahkan aje sbb senang hancur beskut tu..(lagipun takde rolling pin), butter separuh buku tu saya melt kan dulu dlm periuk.. dah sejuk baru gaulkan dgn beskut tadi.. masuk dlm loyang, tekan2 sikit kasi mampat walaupun tak berapa nak mampat..then saya masukkan dlm peti ais sekejap, kasi keras sikit..dlm masa tu, sediakan cream dan bahan2 lain...
Pagi ni bila nak makan. base dia berderai..tak stick sekali dgn cheesenya..camtu la citernya

boleh maklang. tapi jangan taruk sama kuantiti dengan cream. susu tu cair. nanti consistency dia lain. adunan ni kena pekat sikit. maklang masukkan susu tu, agak dulu2. agak2 jangan sampai cair sangat. nanti lembek benyek pulak. |

shida, 500gm cream cheese tu kira 2 buku la yer? Mahal jugak kos nk wat cheese cake ni kan? Ari tu cadang nk buat carrot cheese cake, bila tengok 250 gm tu je dah RM8.50, terus kensel letak balik..kalo beli kat kedai bahan buat kek pun dh mcm tu harga dia, ni kan kat supermarket.. (amboi..kedekut betul kita nih.hihihii) |

diba, kalau kat BWY, harga 500gm tu dalam RM8 lebih je. kalau kat supermarket 250gm je dah RM7 lebih. hari tu shida beli 1kg kat BWY. baru RM20. |
