Interview Sessions
aku last candidate untuk hari terakhir di DCA, putrajaya. Dengan aku time tu ade few candidates yg cool, borak2...sorg girl, 4 guys *i really do hope u guys made it too! *
Panel 1 : Tunjuk gambar kapal terbang, tak silap japan airlines. Apakah jenis aircraft ni?
Aku : Err....boeing kan Tuan? *petik je pun sebab tu je aku tau*
Panel 2 : Boeing? Okay, Boeing ada berapa enjin?
Aku : Er...enjin? Err,,...du...ti.... dua kan Tuan?
Panel 1 : Awak asyik ter er..er.. je? Awak study malam tadi ke?
Aku : Er... Er...
Panel 1 & 2 : *gelak*
Panel 1 :Okay Miss, give me the name of system we use in approach control which used in emergency situation...
Aku : err...emergency? * aku blur gile tah pesal padahal da bace dah*
Panel 1 : Yes.. the one used when emergency case happen...
Panel 2 : The al...al... al what?
Panel 1 : Yes.. al.. al... al what miss?
Aku : All..Al... Alarm system sir???
Panel 1 & 2 both : ALERT SYSTEM!!!

Panel 1 & 2 : *Gelak gile babeng sambil tunjuk kat aku nota yang aku print pasal ATC ada kat tangan die.* Kan ade dalam NOTE AWAK NIH....
Macam bengong tah cemane aku bleh terbagi sekali note tu dgn file sijil aku...

Panel 2 : Whats important to be an ATC, is the training n your own self, u dont have to have some aircraft or aviation background, as long as u have the passion n willingness to learn. Its not just some typical courses.

Panel 1 : Awak tahu tentang shift kerja? Awak dah kahwin nanti boleh ke tahan kerja camni?*gelak2 walaupun da tak brape nak lawak da*
Aku : *gulp* Kerja dah jadi tanggungjawab saya tuan, tapi keluarga takkan saya ketepikan. Ecewah jawapan mcm bagus je kan.. ;p
Panel 1 & 2 : Well, i think thats all. okay if jumpa nanti jangan sombong plak k sambil giggling..
Aku : * Senyum lagi sampai telinga*
Ape aku blaja dari interview yg memang nervebreaking itu ialah, memang aku takde ape background tentang aircraft walhal enjin kapal terbang pun aku taktau bilangannya, Tapi,aku rasa ade sum purpose for me to be in that interview room.
Aku ingat lagi, geng2 mase tunggu interview aku aritu ade 3 org yg background dorg aerospace engineering okayy....gile hebat. sorang abang ade master oversea. Gile takss???
Aku? Well ...an IT graduate..
then again, its not about the beginnning, its about the end..
Sekang, semangat berkobar2, insyaAllah semua akan ok.
so to those yg pernah rasa ragu2 cam aku, i think we shud just give it a shot n do the best!! we never know until we try~ Ganbate kudasai!!!!

oklah tu.. 'system we use in approach control which used in emergency situation' - aku pun x tau..hahaha..
yg terbagi note tu taktik bagus jg...nanti dia nampak effort kita.. aku rasa calon sebelum aku time interview dulu pun terbagi note dia juga... mcm2 leh jd biler nerves...
aerospace engineering pun x belajar detail system radar / spec aircraft, byk pasal design aircraft... just tau basic2 jer..
sbb tu x jadi masalah lulusan apa pun... yg penting training.... |

Thanks shah for the post...Mava is next to the sepang F1 circuit, senang la nak g tgk F1 nnti, mcm leh jalan kaki jer! Kalau tak pun duk hostel jer tingkat atas skli mesti leh nampak..huhu

yup..thru spa online. pengambilan based on keperluan or maybe once a year(anyone correct me if i'm wrong). i mohonnov/08 after few month grad then undergo exam phase 1 then voice testand interview it almost a year process until training. Doesnt matterany field of degree to apply this post,mine is bioinformatics. sumeproses pengambilan done by spa and dca tarak standalone hehe.. *if i'mwrong do correct me* |

Wah best best…..aku pun nak share jugak pengalaman interview PKTU pada 2 July lepas. Pengalaman yg aku tak leh lupakan pasal 1st time interview keja govt. sebelum ni dah masuk 3 kali test 1st stage PTD tapi satu pun tak pernah lulus padahal aku rasa mcm sama je test 1st stage PTD dgn PKTU.
Aku mintak excuse kat boss aku kononnya aku gi klinik…..
Mula2 sampai dah ada candidate tgh tunggu..seronok betul aku pasal nampak balik muka2 yg sama test 2nd stage aritu. Walaupun dah ada candidate tunggu tapi nama aku pulak org pertama ikut giliran. Elok lah tu, aku kena balik office tapi sebagai org pertama pagi tu berdebar juga rasanya. Kat tangan ada nota2 kecik pasal ATC, 1Malaysia, Election Manek Urai, HiNi, pasal satelit, pasal course aku masa kat uni dulu, pasal kerja aku skrg ni…bla bla bla…Cuma aku concern pasal current issue je pasal aku ni tak suka baca newspaper, baca pun ruangan gossip je..and memang jahil lahhhh…
Orang yg interview pun sampai. Diaorg sampai lewat sikit, ada masa utk aku susun sijil2 dan revise balik apa yg aku study mlm tadi yang last minit itu. Interview aku fully English
1) pasal diri sendiri, kerja – part ni ok laa…aku dah praktis…
2) pasal minat – aku cerita pasal minat aku suka traveling
3) pasal aku cerita aku suka traveling dia tanya pernah gi kat mana, aku cakap pernah gi Bangkok…then soalannya…..apakah bezanya airport Malaysia dgn airport Thailand? Mula lah aku ter errr….errr….errr (*dlm hati apa nak jawab ni???) errr..errrr then aku jawab je lahh airport Malaysia org nya friendly, dekat Thailand tak friendly. Arghhhhh dah terkeluar dari mulut aku pasal aku taknak fikir lama2...diaorg serius je aku pulak rasa nak ketawa.
4) Soalan lain pasal apa keja ATC ni, sanggup tak keja lebih shift etc…yg ni ok lahh pasal aku dah hafal itu pun aku refer dari forum utk soalan2 dari org yg dah interview.
5) Itu je lahh soalan yg dia tanya kat aku. Serius!! Takda pun soalan2 isu semasa yg aku sgt takut itu. 15 minit aku kat dalam tu.
So sekarang...tgu nak report duty. Kalau dah rezeki kita ke arah tu, insyallah....akan dpt lah tu. |
