anybody pernah watch west end theater kat London tak?
i wanna watch Phantom of the Opera, but aside from London punya theater, anyone knows if in Manchester or Edinburgh ada tak?
any tips on to get cheap tickets? |

itgh buat kira2 berapa habis pegi hari tu & lesson learnt for next visit, kalau khatam betul2 tred kat forum ni banyak boleh save duit...sapa tak nak save duit kan...& thanks to all forumer memang banyak bagi info kat sini esp boocik..yeahh |

Tapi dia akan 'heran', if we can travel Europe for less than 10k for the both of us. the lesser the better.

yes... percaya tak boocik pernah buat europe trip and i spent less than RM5K?
travel to london, rome, paris, amsterdam, newcastle, durham, edinburgh, stirling...
and this is including the flight tickets, accommodation and sightseeing.
ada tempat tu siap amik free tour dorang lagik... he he he...  |

boocik tak pernah pegi bicester village naik train sebab selalunya friends and relatives bawak ke sini naik keta.
but if you nak naik train, chiltern railways tu memang ada daily service dari marylebone station every 30 minutes.
bila dah sampai bicester north station tu boleh amik taxi bus service about GBP1 nak ke town area.
kalau you pi website national rail kat bawah ni, banyak promo dia bagi termasuk la day-trip tour ke tempat2 lain...

bagi boocik, budget style of travelling tu boleh kita belajar cara hidup orang kat sana sebab kita rasa turun naik public transport yang orang locals naik.
kalau nak shopping murah2 pun kita tengok kat mana local dorang shopping hari2.
mana ada orang local shopping tempat mewah2 hari2...
kalau ikut pakej, memang kita tak berapa fasih tentang tempat yang kita nak pegi tu.
sebab semuanya dah diatur oleh travel agent. kita cuma duduk, dengar dan tengok je...
i'm not against package style of travelling sebab kalau ada duit buat apa nak pening2kan kepala, kan?
tapi kalau budget travel, semua reserach kita kena buat dulu jadi kita lebih tau tentang tempat yang kita nak pegi tu...
itu yang seronok sebenarnya... |

tapi boocik ni memang tak minat nak tulis2 style journal/diary ni la.

masa nak naik tu, kitorang nak bayar dah. tapi dorang kata naik dulu.
nanti bayar.
tapi tengok org lain semua bayar dulu sebelom masuk bas.
so kitorang biar je la dulu
sampai dah turun pon dorang tak mintak.
yang lawaknya, lepas je turun dari bas, kitorang dah tak pandang bas dah.
jalan laju2. mintak2 la depa halalkan. |

betul boocik... aniz skrg ni tgh study very very hard nak pegi europe ni... take note semua2 yg dlm thread ni... bkn ape, sbenarnye bajet nak pegi europe ni hubby bg RM20k @ 3org dan utk semua termasuk flight, hotel, makan & apa2 saje.... nak pegi pun antara thn 2011 atau 2012... mmg kena wat itinerary betul2.... sbb tu study dari skrg.... |

Rock dulu masa duk London (I lived in London for 11 years), selalu gak layan west end theatre ni.. Rock pernah tengok Les Miserables, pastu bawak my daughter tengok Mary Poppins, and a couple others yang tak ingat dah.. Memang best.. The tip untuk dapat tiket murah.. ialah pilih time slot Matinee..yang tengahari nye show tu.. sebab selalunya tak ramai orang, so dorang akan kasi tiket harga murah dari biasa. But as always, depending on the seats yang you ambik le.. Better pergi to the theatre ticket office yourself - enquire dekat situ.. klu nasib you baik, you can get a very good seat for a very good price. Enjoy ye
