doktor pun ok.. yg isteri tu style dia mcm doktor perempuan, the 1st female team yg menang amazing race us version.
this year in term of selection team memang best. kalau last season.. sampai kesudah tak ade team fav.. setakat ni team yg aku menyampah lelaki 2 orang yg mulut becok tu.next episode gaduh lah lagi.
nak sangat team perempuan yg menang. dah 2 season berturut lelaki yg menang.. tapi kalau ikut momentum mcm payah lah team perempuan nak menang kan..yg baseball wives tu mcm lembik sikit..mungkin kalau nak harap pun yg team ice crew tu.

interview with
Rowan Joseph and Shane Partlow
Best friends and actors Rowan Joseph and Shane Partlow ran into a few instances of bad luck this week on The Amazing Race in Chile. From a lost cab driver to getting on the wrong bus, they would get knocked back and but kept fighting to stay in the competition. When they arrived at the pit stop last, the news from Phil wasn't what they wanted to hear and we chatted with the pair following their elimination.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Whose idea was it to audition for The Amazing Race?
A. Shane: That would be mine! We applied once and had a three minute video. Rowan amused me and let me apply.
A. Rowan: I never thought we'd get on. Sometimes, it's easier to humor him and let him go.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Leaving so early on and being towards the bottom of the pack, you don't really get to know the other teams. Was there a team you wish you were able to spend more time with on the race?
A. Shane: Yeah, Travis and Nicole. We did bond with them on the two legs that we were on. You get to meet people after the fact. We so admire them. They're wonderful ER doctors, they left their family behind, and we think they're great. The team we're really close with are Chester and Ephraim. We're really close and we're going to see them in Los Angeles next time we're there.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: This week in Chile, your taxi driver was having trouble finding the Detour. As Amazing Race fans know, taxi drivers can really hurt someone's game. Do you feel like that was the main factor in your elimination this week?
A. Shane: Well, it was a big one. There were three or four instances that if they had gone a little better, we'd still be in it.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Despite getting on a separate bus, you were able to make up a lot of time and were right back in it at the Road Block. How were you feeling going into that last task?
A. Shane: Well, that was a relief to see that we were that close. We were saying we can get back in this and we had a chance.
A. Rowan: That's one of my favorite things as a fan of the show. They were really true to the experience and it really was that close.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: It had to have been disappointing to leave as early as you did and I'm sure you were hoping it was a non-elimination round. How were you feeling after Phil told you that you were out?
A. Shane: You said it right there. We were hoping it was a non-elimination. We did what we could do the best we could do and we weren't going to give up. Our cab ride to the pit stop... our cab driver was almost out of gas. I said to Rowan, "If we run out of gas, we're walking these ten miles because we're finishing"
A. Rowan: And we would've! The crew with us knew that as well. Despite our age and my physical shape, none of those factors ended up as an influence being able to do what we did. There's so many things that come into play. We were able to overcome so many obstacles and I think that's a testament to our team.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Being fans of the show, what's the biggest difference between sitting on your couch, watching the race, and actually running it?
A. Shane: Not being able to go to the fridge for a pop! You think they're climbing up the side of the mountain for 30 seconds on your television and then you're doing it for 3 hours. You don't know! Travis and Nicole also knew the race and the first leg, they got in the cab instead of running to the pit stop. There's so many things that hit your senses. At home you say, "How stupid can you be?" Being there, you get it.
A. Rowan: I'd like to interject that when you're at a foreign station, and you need the restroom, make sure you have the money of that country. That was an eye opener.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Now that the race is over, are you going to continue acting?
A. Shane: All over the country, as we've been continuing to do!
A. Rowan: I'm moving to Pennsylvania and am doing the Totem Pole Playhouse outside of Gettysburg. Jean Stapleton worked there for 30 years. I'm in the movie Grudge Match too, which comes out Christmas Day.

Interview with Hoskxtx and Naina Venkatesh
A delayed flight and a confused cab driver ended up costing father/daughter team Hoskxtx and Naina their chance to win The Amazing Race. On Sunday night's season premiere, seven teams boarded a flight bound for Chile while the remaining four were stuck on a second flight that was three hours delayed. Despite their efforts to make up ground, Hoskxtx and Naina checked in last at the pit stop. We talked with them today about their disappointing loss and their love for the race.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What was your main motivation for trying out for The Amazing Race this season?
A. Hoskxtx: Well, we have been avid fans of the show since 2003. This show is the best reality show on television. They should get an Emmy every year, in my opinion! We love adventure, traveling, and this show combines two elements that I absolutely love. This was the ideal format for us and we've been dreaming of getting on the show for year.
A. Naina: Adventure, travel, and money! The money would've been great but the fact that I got to spend time with my dad, who's my best friend... I love him to death. My dad supports me and he basically adds to what I don't have in any strength or knowledge. He was a good partner and we were very compatible in that sense. It was a great way to create memories. I'm not going to be his little girl forever, hopefully! I have three other siblings so I wanted time just for me and my dad.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: I know it's hard to assess things during the first leg but did anyone stand out to you as a team you'd want to watch out for?
A. Naina: Given the way in which the flights were structured, we didn't even meet 7 of the teams so I have no idea. What I saw Sunday is all I got to see as to what they're about. We didn't get to interact with them at all. We thought we were just as good as the other three teams we were with. We were all super competitive. I don't feel like one had any advantage over the other.
A. Hoskxtx: Both of these flights arrived in Santiago 30 minutes within one another. Unfortunately, there was a tornado in Dallas, our team was an hour and a half leaving Los Angeles, and then there was a delay in Santiago. Before we even left LA, we knew we were going to be 3 hours behind. I was hoping that I would be left to my own devices and navigation skills and find my way to Santiago to change my flight. Unfortunately, I couldn't do that. I was hoping it was a non-elimination. I can't control that. It was not meant to be. If I had the choice, I would've found my own way. It was basically competing with 3 teams because the other 7 teams were done. For someone who has been dreaming of getting on the show and being competitive, that was disappointing.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: One of the biggest issues that plagues teams is not reading the clue. When you realized at the second Road Block that Hoskxtx had to row the boat, what went through your minds?
A. Naina: Okay, well what wasn't shown was that my dad and I reread the clue and we knew my dad had to do it. However, the fact that we arrived last and Brandon had finished basically told us that we had no choice. We knew we were going to be eliminated. All I had done the last 2 days was ride an airplane and ride in a taxi. My dad, being as loving and adoring as he is, could not see that I would've done this whole race without having done anything. He said to go ahead and row the boat and have some kind of experience and memory. I did what I did and it ended up getting dark. We read the clue correctly. It was just something to go out with a bang.
Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Leaving this early on is so tough for any team. How did you handle your elimination?
A. Naina: I'll speak for myself first but I was devastated. I had come to compete on this race. Obviously, things didn't go my way and I didn't get to show myself, my dad, or America what I was capable of. I never thought this would happen to us. There are less competitive teams on the race this season. I knew that I would certainly beat them in a lot of the physical tasks if I was put up against them directly and we hadn't had a late start. The flight was the major thing that frustrated me. The fact that we only got to compete against 3 teams, the fact that the taxi driver was incompetent, the fact that the flight was delayed, it felt like nothing was going our way. We got very unlucky and it really ate me up.
A. Hoskxtx: Winning and losing is a part of life and that's the name of the game. You go into any competition, you win some and you lose some. The idea of competition is that when things aren't going your way, you should be able to change it so you can compete. When you lose and there's nothing you can do, it's a deer in the headlights situation. That was the most frustrating thing to me. All the years of my life, I have been put in a lot of tough situations and worked my way out of it and been quite successful. There was nothing I could do here. My competitive juices were flowing, I had the skills to do it, but I could not do anything about it. That is tough to take. We love the show, I'm competitive and very physically fit... we were rearing to go.

Elimination Interview: Chester and Ephraim
Nancy J: It was hard to watch you be eliminated tonight due to cancelled flights. I admired how you maintained good humor throughout the day. Is there another team you will be rooting for now?
Ephraim - I will be rooting for Danny and Tim. I'm team Oklahoma now.
Chester - If I have to pick a team to root for. I'm going to go with the ER Doctors.
Marisa H: What kept you guys from having a total meltdown? What was your favorite experience during the season? You guys kept it together during that disaster.
Ephraim - I would not have a meltdown. Just keeping everything in perspective. Certain things you can't control. The only thing you can control is how to react to them.
Chester - If anger and frustration would have gotten us to Portugal faster we would have gotten angry and frustrated, but at the end of the day that behavior would not have gotten us there any sooner so it would not make any sense to behave like that.
Araina S: Do you feel that you should have been allowed to have a second chance back into the game, considering things were sort of out of your control with the planes and scheduling?
Ephraim - No, the game is the game. I would have liked for it to be a non-elimination leg, but if you decide to do something than you have to be accountable for your actions.
Chester - The rules are the rules and they are in play. Would we have liked for it to happen, yes! But just because we got a raw deal, it is what it is.
Robin H: To NFL Players, if you could do it would have kept your original tickets? Three transfers is a lot for any trip.
Ephraim - We would have preferred to take the flight that we tried to book first.
Chester - We would have preferred the flight that we deserved because we finished first in the last leg and should have been on the first flight. All those crazy stops happened because of the ticket agent's mistake.
Corey S: Exactly how many hours were you guys behind?
Chester - 22 hours and 33 minutes
Ephraim - That's a pretty good assessment. We were about a day behind.
Felipe R: If you were invited back to the show, what would you guys do differently?
Ephraim - Make sure the travel agent didn't make an error.
Chester - No matter what stay with the pack and lean on our abilities to get us through.
