Nak kurus jgn makan malam. Close kitchen korang jam 6-7. Senaman tu at least berjalan la setengah jam sehari. Beli je threadmill letak kat rumah tak payah la pergi gym kalau tak konsisten. Buang duit je bayar membership. Ikut ckp aku ni. Stop makan jam 6-7. Lepas 12-14 jam baru makan balik. Kalau tak sanggup tahan makan haaa gemuklah korang selama lamanya.

i lama dah amalkan cara uols ckp tu. minum manis lagi la lama dah tgl. black kopi hot/ais, green tea kosong, air masak pastu jus buah sesekali.
anak2 i pun mmg makan mlm plg lewat 6.30. IF lama dah buat, exercise briskwalk/aerobic (selang seli malam & siang). cuma pergi holiday ada la terbabas jugak. nasi semgu sekali makan, roti pun tukar sourdough. byk mkn oat+protein+sayur+buah je skrg.
TAPIIIIII....berat tak turun2
adakah faktor usia kertu menyebabkan metabolism iols merundum??? sakit plak hati aku tgk org jogging 2/3x semggu makan suku suku separuh sebulan kan main melangsing
terus ritu melantak oden puas hati aku

Uik seriuslah uols tak turun turun. Klu aku buat sekejap je jadi. Maybe la kot metabolisme. Pergilah cek doctor kot ada lain yg halang. Sometimes ada certain penyakit mcm pcos susah nak turun berat gak.

ye nokss naik 5kg lepas raya ritu mentennnn sampai skrg mujur la tak naik.
i nak jmp doc gak pasni kot la ade nyakit lain & blh tnya psl metabolism skali.
iols perasan sejak masuk 40an mmg pyh nak turun, jgn la sesekali naik berat. nyesalllll mkn byk raya ritu tapi sedap

Boleh rosakkan pankreas.

Boleh pendekkan nyawa.

Bila kurus, muka cengkung (sebab rapid sangat penurunan berat) so boleh nampak lebih tua dari usia macam Sharon Osborne.

Pehtu kalau benti, berat double naik.

Menda ni hado doktor2 kokesen/US share kat Youtube. Lantang la juga deol bersuara against Ozempic. Uols search ja Ozempic side effects kat Youtube tu.

sis i pun sama mcm you.. IF 16:8. last mkan before 8 biasanya sbb kdg2 terbabas kalau blk kg. pastu green tea hari2. workout dlm 4-5x seminggu.. kettle swing + stepper....cuma makan tu tak control portion sgt. tp tak makan or minum manis pun.. alahai berat malu2 je nak turun.. sakit hati aku lahhhh... cuma berat tu takde naik.. tp susah nya nak turunnnnnnnnnnn. stress aku
