shogun aq penah g 140km/h memang best tp 1 je rase takut sb badan nak melayang

Baru test top speed FX110......kat meter 140KM/H, kat GPS 105KM/h je.....patut la kancil senang2 je  ...

Salaam
Aku baru terbeli Moto Shogun RR ni. Kaler biru.Setelah banyak kiraan dapatlah beli 2nd cuma.Budget amat ketat.
Aku test seminggu.Guna Lebuhraya Silk.
Memula top speed 100 km/j. Lepas 3 hari dapat 110 dan sekarang dapat 120...
Aku belum boleh belek lagi sebab ni lah sesatunya moto nak gi kerja...

Apa yang aku dapati dari luaran terdapat satu tiub dari ekzos masuk kat mana ntah...
Ada kipas pada enjin untuk cooling.Jadi pada pendapat aku, perjalanan jauh tak bermasaalah.

Nanti aku belek cam maner nak tambah kelajuan....
Dulu aku pernah guna Kawasaki 125 R Ninja.
Top speed 220 km/j.
Bermula pada rpm 13000.Mono shock...6 speed...
Bila rpm cecah 13000 kena pegang kuat sebab motor akan mula menarik ke hadapan.
Motor tersebut akan mendap ke bawah ( disebabkan bentuk fairing ) dan jitu tak bergoyang.Enjin menjadi senyap.
Malangnya masuk bulan ke dua, aku kehilangannya.
Setelah 3 bulan kehilangannya, aku menerima panggilan talipun dari DBKL, dia dijumpai di dalam longkang dengan keadaan yang menyayatkan...tinggal rangka....

valve ni,terlibat dalam proses mencampurkan udara dengan petrol. yang mengawalnya kalau tak salah saya cam.
so logiknya kalau valve banyak,
-minyak yg masuk pn mungkin banyak
-kuasa yg dihasilkan pn mugkin byk jugak kot
-err..minyak masuk banyak.means telan minyak pn kuat la kot.

In automotive engineering, an engine is referred to as multi-valve (or multivalve) when each cylinder has more than two valves. Such designs have been around since at least 1912 (Peugeot) and perhaps earlier.
All poppet valve, four-stroke internal combustion engines need at least two valves per cylinder—one for intake of air and fuel, and another for exhaust of combustion products. Adding more valve area improves the flow of intake and exhaust gases, potentially improving combustion efficiency, hence power, and performance. It is not practical to simply use two larger valves, for reasons of simple geometry (two smaller intake valves will fit side-by-side on one side of the combustion chamber, whereas a single one cannot be made much larger) and to keep the mass, and therefore inertia, of individual valves as low as possible. Multi-valve geometry also tends to favour the spark plug being located at the top of the combustion chamber, which can be ideal for even flame propagation during combustion. In addition, particularly as the valve begins to open, for equivalent valve/port areas multi-valve geometry allows for increased airflow. Most use overhead camshafts (SOHC/DOHC). However this is not always the case: Chevrolet recently showed a 3-valve version of its Generation IV V8 which uses pushrods to actuate forked rockers, and Cummins makes a 4-valve pushrod straight-6 diesel, the Cummins B Series (now known as ISB).
Starting in 1922, many Bugatti engines used three valves per cylinder actuated by a single overhead camshaft (SOHC) and multi-valve engines continued to be popular in racing and sports engines.
The first mass-produced car using 4 valves per cylinder was the British Triumph Dolomite Sprint of 1973 which used a chain driven SOHC 16 valve engine producing 127bhp. By the 1980s, Japanese manufacturers had started to make multi valve engines more common. Nissan has produced the 1988-92 KA24E engine with three valves per cylinder (two intakes, one exhaust) that are also actuated by single overhead camshaft. Nissan upgraded to the DOHC after 1992 for some of the sports cars, including the 240sx. Mercedes and Ford are currently producing V6 and V8 engines using this configuration. Ford claims an 80% improvement in high rpm breathing without the added cost of a second camshaft per bank of cylinders. The Ford design uses one spark plug per cylinder located in the centre, but the Mercedes design uses two spark plugs per cylinder located on opposite sides, leaving the centre free to add a direct-to-cylinder fuel injector at a later date. Thus there are many considerations to deciding how many valves an engine should have besides just the added cost versus adding breathing capability.
Some versions of the Honda F-series engines, D-series engines, all J-series engines, the R-series engines, the Mazda B8-ME, the Chrysler 3.5 L V6 engine, and so on, actuate four valves per cylinder with a single overhead camshaft. The V12 engines of many World War II fighter aircraft also used a SOHC configuration with four valves for each cylinder.
Yamaha introduced 5-valve engines to their line up with the 1985 Yamaha FZ750 motorcycle, and the Yamaha-designed cylinder head for the Toyota 4A-GE engine used in the MR2 and some Corollas. Mitsubishi were the first to market a car engine with five valves per cylinder, with the 548 cc 3G81 engine in their Minica Dangan ZZ kei car in 1989.[1][2] Bugatti EB110, Ferrari F355, Volkswagen/Audi and Toyota have subsequently introduced five-valve engines as well. It is arguable if five valve configuration gives any benefit over four valve designs.[3]
Maserati made an experimental 2.0 L turbo-V6 engine with six valves per cylinder 1985 (three intakes, three exhaust).[4]
Many engines were made with two valves per cylinder, but, starting in the late 80s, a virtual explosion of multi-valve and DOHC engines came to market. As a result, even many cheap engines today usually contain four valves per cylinder, although the two valve configuration is still popular (in particular in U.S. cars).
Multivalve engines normally produce maximum torque (and power) at relatively high speeds compared to two-valve designs. Where low end torque is desirable for relaxed driving and the bhp per litre of the engine does not need to be high (e.g. in the case of a large capacity engine) the two-valve design may be preferred. Any form of supercharging also influences the choice of multivalve designs, since both effectively address restrictions on volumetric efficiency.

Oleh kerana wang simpanan aku terhad dan aku dah jemu jadi penghutang bank maka aku dapatkan sebuah motor Shogun 125 RR second.Warna biru. Meter 50 000 km.Deposit rm1700.Usia 2 tahun.

Kelajuan 120km/j. Seminggu kemudian bermula pencarian invention aku.
Ku buka panel yang melekat pada badan.Ku belek belek...
Terdapat satu paip dari ekzos menuju ke bawah tangki minyak.
Bersambung ngan vacuum pump.Satu hos lagi, dari tangki ke vacuum pump jugak.

Terdapat dua sambungan pada paip selepas kapekpekor menghala ke kebuk.
Jadinya angin dari ekzos by pass masuk ke kebuk.
Lagi satu angin dari ekzos masuk ke vacuum dan masuk pula ke tangki untuk tekanan dan di salurkan ke vacuum yang kemudiannya ke kebuk.

Kalau begini caranya; ia seperti sistem supercharge.
Tapi kenapa motor tak boleh capai lebih dari 120 km/j?

Mungkinkah angin dari ekzos yang masuk ke vacuum telah menjadi kurang tekanannya?
kerana di sebabkan oleh sistem vacuum? Yang masuk sini keluar sana macam inlet dan outlet jantung manusia?

Supercharge adalah di mana udara (angin ) di beri tekanan agak tinggi yang kemudiannya di masukkan ke dalam kebuk enjin.Ini adalah kerana pembakaran untuk petrol haruslah mempunyai 50% oksigen untuk mendapatkan pembakaran yang efisien.

Aku kan cuba by pass angin dari memasuki vacuum.
atau tukar kipas penyejuk ( yang terletak dekat enjin di kaki brek ) kepada swivel yang kemudiannya ia bertindak sebagai vaccum dan menghantar tekanan angin ke kebuk enjin.
Sudah tentu jika ini berjaya pengunaan bahanapi akan naik sedikit.
Jadinya bahanapi ini di tambah dengan penggunaan Hidro Fuel ( yang aku dah buat sendiri dengan 'safety factor').
Hidro fuel adalah satu sistem penjanaan gas hidrogen dan gas ini meledak tetapi tidak terbakar jika terdapat percikan api.

Pastikan ianya Shogun ( tak kiralah jikalau 1st. edition ) , jangan hanya dia tukar kulit ajer ...
Harga jenama Suzuki memang murah apabila di jual semula dalam category 2nd ni ... bukan sebab apa ... cumanya disebabkan alat dan bahan ganti agak sukar didapati dan jika kedapatan ianya adalah yang tulen ...
Enjin tiada masalah ( ketahanan lebih kurang sama dengan EX5 honda tu ) sehinggakan body dah relai tapi enjin masih okay ...
Saya selalu guna minyak enjin Fully Sintetik dan di tambah dengan sedikit yang biasa ...

Jika kelajuan agak mendap maka tukar filter oil ...
Penapis angin terdiri dari penapis berminyak original ... jarang kedapatan di kedai motor tetapi boleh beli penapis biasa dan kemudian beli minyak ini yang di jual di kedai kereta lumba dan minyak ini bolehlah di lumurkan ke filter yang baru di beli tadi ...( rally ~ sepang ? , atau di Highway Centre, P.Jaya )

Kalau susah sangat tak aper ( tak peduli, no hal ) cuma agak kerap nanti servis carburxxor ... dan setting carburxxor untuk Shogun amat payah ...
