tgh ari tak makan...

pagi sarap goreng2 dalam rm5.00 ape je la

tgh ari tak makan...

ptg smp mlm lepak kat ofis

jumaat

tgh ari tak makan...

sabtu

pagi sarap cam biase...

tgh ari makan nasi

ptg tgk tenis kalo ade kalo tak tido..

mlm makan nasi tak pon megi je ngan layan tenis


ahad

pagi minum 100plus je main tenis dari 8pg smp 12tgh ari

abis tenis minum kat mamak makan nasi sekali

ptg tido

mlm bgn makan nasi @ megi sambil tgk tenis





so ni je la aktiviti yg aku amalkn selama ni...

satu lagi.... kalo petang ujan aku tukar kepade ping pong..

so aku balik rumah tiap2 hari mesti mlm, tak pernah nyer petang...



ape macam... korang boleh ikut..

baik2 sikit, sbb mslhnye, walaupun badan boleh menggunakan fat sbg alternatif tenaga yang ke-2,
pada fasa permulaan u mungkin cepat letih, ni masa body nak adapt.

i walk every day, 10 times per week, still tak kurus... guane tu ? orang ckp, jalan pon dah cukup. aku jalan pun bukan nyer dekat, jauh apa...

sbb u hanya brisk walk, hanya menggunakan kalori yg sikit.

saya cadangkan program HIIT.
kalo u jog, seminit jog, 30s sprit, pastu jog balik.
kebanyakan atlet guna cara ni, laggi bnyk bakar kalori dan meningkatkan stamina
