Yup..aku pun prefer better quantity for MRCA.we really lack numbers.which we should remedy.though 48-72 seems far fetched considering our procurement policy, that would also my wishlist numbers.and i agree at least at most just 2 types will be adequate.get rid of the mig and the hawk.and please no European birds.it's way too pricey |

Ikut aku ler, tambah lagi 18 SU30MKM...kalau bole, let go jer F18D..kalau masih syg F18D, tapi tak mampu atau tak bernafsu nak amik F18F, beli ex-USN/USMC F18D, dalam 8 bijik lagik..leh letak 1 Sqd kat Sabah...maintain Mig29N, maybe sampai 2015, pastu tukar, maybe more SU30MKMs or JAS39 atau Rafale |

Agreed.
They may use the budget to lower the fuel subsidy or other material things to keep them as govt for the next election as they made popular decisions .
Not to say the fuel subsidy shld be abolished, but the defence budget shld never be cut (we are already having low defence budget)
In the long run, the ATM will suffer as a huge gap in tech & assets will prevail. |

I'm not supporter of any party la.dont turn this into some political thread.just saying the fact that any party could be better or could be worse gov than the current one.unless that particular party has something to proof of their gov managament skill,we don't need hindraf to topple down gov.the people will speak for themself during the voting |

Well, everything is intertwined with politics if we want to politicise it. but I don't want this discussion marred by politics. so, . Please keep your focus to only on military affairs sans politics. |
